Management Trainee

• YOU will be TRAINED, DEVELOPED intensively and be INVOLVED in hands-on project to become future leaders of the company to deal with competitive business environment.
• YOU should have more than 3 years of experiences with at least Bachelor's Degree (S1) from Reputable University, min. GPA 3/4 of full scale, fluent in English both oral and written, and aving an entrepreneur and leadership skills.
• This position will be station in any cities outside Jabodetabek area.

Responsibilities:

• Melakukan input data kedalam program komputer
• Melakukan filling dokumen
• Melakukan koordinasi kepada pihak terkait dalam mendapatkan data yang diperlukan

Requirements:

• Wanita, usia maksimum 25 tahun
• Pendidikan minimum Diploma 3 (semua jurusan)
• Berpengalaman dibidang administrasi (terbuka bagi yang baru lulus)
• Memiliki kemampuan dalam mengoperasikan program computer (MS Office)
• Berjiwa Customer Service, teliti, dan cekatan
• Memiliki komunikasi yang cukup baik untuk semua level

PERSONALIA & INDUSTRIAL RELATION SUPERVISOR

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Law or equivalent.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Human Resources or equivalent. Job role in General HR or Employee Relation
• 1 Full-Time positions available.
• Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Male/Female
• Age between 25-35 years old
• Understanding about administration, filling, supervisory & communication skill, monitoring employee data, counseling, HR policy & procedure
