Nippon Steel Corporation, our major shareholder, is also the supplier of our raw materials, the Tin Mill Black Plate (TMBP), so that availability of raw materials is always ensured.

Daily Duties:
Make a financial planning for cash and non cash

General functions:
Responsible to coordinating, directing, and supervising the implementation of tasks related to research, testing the raw materials, auxiliary materials, and other materials that will be used in tin plate production process
Daily Duties:
Manage and supervise the implementation of research, testing, and analysis in the laboratory for all kinds of production materials and finished good in order to maintain the production quality
Identify the causes of product complaints/ claims
Provide information about the research and testing results that has been done to work units that require
Maintain all laboratory instruments properly to be ready to used and maintain the cleanliness of the laboratoty
Make a solution for analysis
Overseeing the waste water testing and waste water from water treatment plant
Periodic Duties:
Periodically make a report about the activities that will and or has been done to be submitted to the supervisor
Incidental Duties:
Research new chemicals to be used in production process

Responsible for overseeing the implementation & preparation of production cost reports, sales cost reports, and other reports regarding the company costs
Daily Duties:
- Review, analyze, and process the summary reports of production results that made based on daily production reports and quality inspection report
- Review, analyze, and process the summary reports from the sales/ product delivery that made based on Shipping Tally
- Review and analyze the accuracy of the encoding cost center for conversion cost and other companies operational costs in memorial bank cash proof and other legitimate evidence, and also collecting other costs data that will be used as the prepation of cost reports
Periodic Duties:
Preparing the costs report, including production cost reports, sales cost reports, and other operational cost reports, periodically or any time that asked to be submitted to supervisor

Responsible for collecting and analyzing the production process data
Daily Duties:
- Manage and supervise the implementation of data collection and analyzing data using the statistical techniques in the field of production process
- Manage and supervise the administration of data processing documents and keep the confidentiality of all of its contents
- Preparing data for management reports/ system review meeting based on information from the relevant Division
- Collecting data from the Customer Technical Service as an input to evaluate customer satisfaction in order to be follow up
- Collect and analyze the production quality and raw material (TMBP) data
