Production Supervisor
Job Purpose:

• Coordinate and supervise the entire production process of semi-finished products that meet the quality and quantity requirements effectively and efficiently in accordance with GMP requirements, company standards and provisions of health and safety (HSE).

Major Accountabilities:

• Ensure the entire production process carried out in accordance with standard procedures finished drug processing (batch processing records, SOPs and other procedures).

• Create a production plan that optimizes the utilization of human resources and equipment / machinery in accordance with the schedule of delivery of the finished drug SCM department.

Supervise the weighing of raw materials.

• Prepare and ensure the availability, maintenance and cleanliness of the entire production facility in ready to use and well maintained.

• Ensure the calibration, maintenance and equipment in accordance with qualifications.

• Review and complete the required production of documents during the production process, validation and other activities and report to superiors in the event of irregularities.

• Provide training and guidance to subordinates on a regular basis and planned as well as to assess the performance / achievements.
• Maintain order and discipline subordinates and create a good working atmosphere and conducive.
• Carry out other duties that from time to time given by the employer.

Requirements:

Job Description :

Responsibilities:
Job Purpose:

• Under Head of FRA supervision, responsible for preparing and calculating standard and actual product costing, analyse all the variances, and monitoring/controlling the inventories, responsible for monitoring the return of finished/expired goods process. He/she also responsible for controlling and ensuring that all Fixed Assets are properly recorded in line with Novartis Accounting Manual ("NAM") and statutory and tax Generally Accepted Accounting Practice ("GAAP").

• Responsible for running standard cost in SAP system.
• Perform cost and inventory analysis, as part of month-end closing.

Requirements:

Responsibilities:

• Achieve annual sales targets in the territory which it is responsible through sales & marketing strategies that have been approved company.
• Ensuring demand from doctors prescription, available in Pharmacies / formulary for the patient purchased
• Develop and implement a work plan established for its territory in order to optimize the number of visits to the doctor who is on his territory.
• Achieving the target of visit (quality and quantity) according to an annual sales target.
• Facilitating the entry of appropriate SKU standardization outlet, so that recipe is served with a good doctor.
• Achieving the goals set as a target discount, total physician-sponsored, target brand, and the general steps as directed by direct supervisor.
• Conduct analysis and research to understand the activities of competitors' territories, identifying business opportunities that are useful in competitions as well as understanding the needs of customers.
• Building a business plan for territory based marketing programs / POA and allocate resources (such as the visit activities, sponsorships, and discounts) to maximize the chances of sales territories.
• Update the customer segmentation territories - classification for the database and call records of at least a quarter.
• Submits monthly reports and ensure timely submission of all reports and requests from immediate supervisor.
• Attend and actively participate in sales team meetings, training events and education in order to increase knowledge and improve skills.

Major Accountabilities:

• Responsible for running standard cost in SAP system.
• Perform cost and inventory analysis, as part of month-end closing.
• Provide variance analysis by monitoring the standard and actual cost, in order to get the accurate product costing.
• Responsible for monthly Sandoz Product Margin Reporting (SPMR) submission.

Job Purpose:

• Under Training and Medical Manager’s supervision, the field training officer will be responsible for deliver of training programs, coaching of field based associates in key competencies, identify associates training needs and develop an agreed action plan to improve associates competency.
