To examine the data needed for Request for Quotation and PO processing, for example; CAPEX, detailed specification of goods or services, specification describing the scope of work.
To coordinate with other divisions to evaluate quotations received such as specification, price, delivery time, payment terms, and delivery method. Also conduct review or evaluation new supplier or vendor as well.
To do all the buying process from start application, quotation, preparation of administrative completeness to the control precision of purchase.

SITE SAFETY INSPECTOR
Requirements
- Hold minimum Diploma (D-3) degree from reputable university. Preferably those majoring Occupational Health and Safety or K3 (Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja).
- Having 5 years of practical experience in project construction supervision or project construction safety experience.
- Preferably have Ahli K-3 Umum certificate. Another expert certificate relates to Safety subject will be considered.
- Strong character and have capabilities to encourage project team member to comply with safety regulations.
- Willing to travel and work in project site.
- Fluent and able to communicate properly in English and Bahasa Indonesia. Fluency in another foreign language will be advantage.

- Bachelor Degree (S-1) from reputable university with Engineering background (Chemical, Civil, Electrical, Industrial, Material/Metallurgy, Mechanical, or any equivalent Engineering background).
- Minimum 3 years experience as buyer in similar industry. Having experience as buyer in EPC company will be advantage.
- Fluent in English is a must, being fluent in Mandarin will be shortlisted.
- Familiar with export and import procedure.
- Knowledgeable in vendor management.
- Good communication skill in term of negotiating with vendor or supplier.
ELECTRICAL PROJECT ENGINEER
Responsibilities:
- Design specification of electrical works in each project.
- Provide feasible budget proposal.
- Create schedule of implementation.
- Supervise the work of subcontractors, vendors, and any related parties.
- Ensure the related works are in accordance with the designs or specifications that have been planned.
- Ensure that all activities are carried out in accordance with the standard of HSQE operation.
Requirements:
- Hold minimum Bachelor Degree (S-1) in Electrical Engineering from reputable University. Preferably those who majoring in Power or Arus Kuat or Tenaga Listrik.
- Having minimum 5 years experience as Electrical Engineer or Electrical Project Engineer in similar industry or other manufacturing. Having experience in EPC company will be advantage.
- Preferably experienced in designing electrical panel, familiar with switchgear and transformer.
- Willing to travel and work at project site.
- Highly motivated individual who possess strong character and leadership skill.
- Able to communicate properly either in English or Bahasa Indonesia.
MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE ENGINEER
Summary of Job:
- Perform engineering duties in field of maintenance and ensure machines are maintained in proper condition to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
Responsibilities:
- To investigate equipment failures and difficulties to diagnose faulty operation, and to provide technical recommendations to maintenance crew.
- To analyze machine down time and develop appropriate preventive measures.
- To specify system components or direct modification to ensure it’s comply with engineering design, performance specifications, and operating manual.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree (S-1) from reputable university majoring in Mechanical engineering.
- Having minimum 5 years experience Mechanical engineer in area of plant maintenance or production in similar industry or other manufacturing.
- Familiar with rotating equipment and pressure vessel.
- Hands on experience with MAXIMO will be advantages.
- Prior experience in preventive maintenance and analysis of equipment downtime.
- Capable to think out of the box to resolve machine and another equipment issues.
- Willing to be placed in Cilegon.
