Denpasar (Bali), Jakarta Raya, Bandung (Jawa Barat), Balikpapan (Kalimantan Timur), Ambon (Maluku), Makassar (Sulawesi Selatan), Manado (Sulawesi Utara), Padang (Sumatera Barat)
Requirements:

• Completed at least Associate Degree.
• Age maximum 30 years.
• At least 2 year experience as Medical Representative.
• Having good communication and interpersonal skill.
• Ready to be placed in Jakarta, Bandung, Makassar, Ambon, Palembang, Manado, Balikpapan, Padang, & Denpasar area.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine secretarial and administration work and other assigned activities at the Prescription Medicines Division within corporate guidelines and correspondence standard format with the objective to support department and all relevant departmental staffs to better focus on high priority business issues

Requirements:

• Female, age max. 35 years old, min. Diploma Degree (D3) or Bachelor Degree (S1) from reputable University with any discipline with GPA min. 2,75. Preferably from Secretarial Academy background
• Experience as Executive Secretary at least 3 years, preferably in a multinational pharmaceutical company
• Should be able to work both independently and in a team, be willing to take the initiative, work under pressure and with a variety of people and organizations.
• Proficient in MS Office & internet application
• Excellent English proficiency (both oral and written)
• Experience in Project Managements

Medical Representative (MR)


Medan (Sumatera Utara)
Responsibilities:

• The Medical Representative is responsible for the implementing sales activities in his/her area of responsibilities. The incumbent will implement the division’s sales/marketing plan in his/her area to assure maximum distribution and market penetration of division’s products within. The incumbent ensures consistent sales activities to meet or exceed sales goals.

Requirements:

• Male/Female, age max. 30 years old, min. Diploma Degree (D3) or Bachelor Degree (S1) from reputable University with any discipline.
• Preferably having minimum of 1 year experience working as Medical Representative from Pharmaceutical Industry.
• Self driven, autonomous, analytic and creative attitude, excellent communication skills (orally and written), ability to handle high workload, can tolerate stress and good organizational skills.
• A strong understanding of the role and sales process.
• Ready to be placed in Medan area
