Indotruck Utama is a member of the Indomobil Group and begins our venture as the main distributor of Volvo Trucks in 1988. The long road to success has been achieved through years of painstaking work, commitment towards services, as well as careful investments. Our head office is located at Jl. Raya Cakung Kav. 3A, Semper Timur, 14130 Jakarta, Indonesia. The four level office building measures 2,700 square meters, together with workshop and warehouse area of 1,300 square meters each. We oversee and support the well being of our customers throughout Indonesia with strong technical and management backs up from our principals and product manufactures.

To provide readliness and satisfy the customer needs, we have established a total of 14 centres at strategic locations throughout Indonesia such as Surabaya, Pekanbaru, Koja, Narogong, Citeureup, Semarang, Cilacap, Solo, Lampung, Prabumulih, Pangkalan Kerinci, Duri, Balikpapan (Kalmar & Manitou), and Soroako. The company is still expanding to serve our customers all over Indonesia.

HR Officer (Code: HRO)
Responsibilities :

• Handling Recruitment, personnel administration
• Reporting and monitoring employee count monthly basis
• Manage & control internal HR administration jobs.
• Handling office management matters, such as stationery, company license, building permits and environment.
• Handling building maintenance, electricity, vehicles, controlling and monitoring facilities and insurance for company's assets.

Qualifications :

• Female, Max age of 28 years old
• Bachelor degree in law/ psychology/ management
• Having of 1 - 2 years working experience in HR administration, payroll, medical-benefit, recruitment.
• Well understanding about human resources matters.
• Fluent in English both oral & written.
• Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet.
• Good skill in negotiating, persuading and maintaining harmonious relationship.
• Pro-active and flexible approach to problem solving and job responsibilities.
• Hardworking, able to work under pressure, self motivated, honest fast learner, and able to work in a team and/or independently.

Mechanic
Requirement:

• Indonesian citizen, Male with excellent health
• Vocational High School from Mechanical or Electrical / Diploma (D3) Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with GPA 2.75 from reputable university
• Computer literacy,
• Min 3 years experience as Heavy Equipment Mechanic
• Good command in both spoken and written English
• Able to work with team
• Good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skill
• Good analythical thinking
• Willingness to travel extensively all around Indonesia
• Readiness to be positioned at any location all around Indonesia

Finance & Accounting Staff
Requirement:

• Indonesian citizen, Male/Female with excellent health
• Max age 28 years old
• Bachelor degree (S1) in accounting with GPA 3.00 from reputable university
• 2 years experiences in the same position.
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
