Production Supervisor
Job Purpose:

• Coordinate and supervise the entire production process of semi-finished products that meet the quality and quantity requirements effectively and efficiently in accordance with GMP requirements, company standards and provisions of health and safety (HSE).

Major Accountabilities:

• Ensure the entire production process carried out in accordance with standard procedures finished drug processing (batch processing records, SOPs and other procedures).

• Create a production plan that optimizes the utilization of human resources and equipment / machinery in accordance with the schedule of delivery of the finished drug SCM department.

Supervise the weighing of raw materials.

• Prepare and ensure the availability, maintenance and cleanliness of the entire production facility in ready to use and well maintained.

• Ensure the calibration, maintenance and equipment in accordance with qualifications.

• Review and complete the required production of documents during the production process, validation and other activities and report to superiors in the event of irregularities.

• Provide training and guidance to subordinates on a regular basis and planned as well as to assess the performance / achievements.
• Maintain order and discipline subordinates and create a good working atmosphere and conducive.
• Carry out other duties that from time to time given by the employer.

Requirements:
Education: Pharmacists
1 year experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry

Major Accountabilities :

• Assist in monthly reporting analysis (request data from Accounting, Purchasing, Quality, and Production)

Purchasing / Supply Manager
Job Description :

• Coordinates the materials management internal supply and external supply in order to have ideal Inventory Level for all material, arranging the availability of finished products in proper quantities, good price and on time

Major Accountabilities :

• Direct and coordinate activities of personnel engaged in buying, selling, and distributing materials, equipment, machinery, and supplies
• Coordinate and prepare process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies internal supply and external supply.
• Review purchase order claims and contracts for conformance to company policy.
• Processing and analyzing data about the plan and realization of production and sales and inventory data.
• Monitor all inventories for the production process, stock in the warehouse or imported so that the implementation of market entry process and continue to run smoothly and in balance.
• Material procurement plans based on plans and stock conditions by calculating the production material requirements according to the ideal standard stock (there are minimum and maximum limits that must be available) optimal in MOQ.
• Assure updated CC5 policy and implemented to all supplier
• Execute Annual Purchase Saving Program

Requirement :

• Education : Bachelor degree (S1) in Economy, Science or Industrial Engineering

Experience : Minimum 5 years in the related field.

Medical Representative
duties:

• Implement business plans and encourage the achievement of sales targets for the region, its customers or related therapeutic areas.
• Mastering product knowledge and knowledge of disease area; can deliver the advantages and benefits of specific products persuasively.
• Develop and implement action plans that have been set.
• Prepare and submit monthly reports on time and accurately.
• Allocate resources effectively for programs, events, and so forth.
• Work in ethics and compliance guidelines and make sure the people around him do the same thing.
• Working to ensure a diverse and inclusive environment free from all forms of discrimination and harassment.

Job Purpose :

• Conduct a comprehensive review orders on monthly basis for 1 Sales Manager team and also review the discount given to the dispensing doctors.
• Prepare monthly report for productivity band per Sales Manager and perform analysis on L2 sales data to identify trends and potential areas of concern, challenge the relevant manager to understand why the situation exists.
• Helps others in sales & marketing team in making the analysis
• Others (ad hoc) analysis and reports for Head of Sales & Marketing (based on requirement)

Job Purpose:

• Responsible for preparation semi-finished goods which effectively and efficiently meet the requirements in term of quality and quantity as required by GMP, Novartis global standard and HSE

Major Accountabilities:

• To do production activities in order to produce the products economically which meets the specifications set by all aspect, i.e : GMP, HSE, Industrial hygiene standard.
• To ensure that the manufacturing procedures are followed (batch record, SOP, etc)
• Maintain readiness of production facilities, to help the implementation of Preventive Maintenance & Safety (SAMACO : Safety Maintenance and Control) Program & Calibration Program.
• Keep the implementation of GMP and HSE aspects by following training & coaching program
• Improve productivity as per Global KPI Guidelines (Labour Productivity, OEE, TPT, mat, Yield)

Requirements

• Background Education : Diploma Technic
• Working Experience:
