Treasury Officer (Code: TRO)
Medan (Sumatera Utara)
Responsibilities:

• Reports to Treasury & AP Manager, the candidate is responsible to:
• Assisting in bank’s cash monitoring on a day to day basis
• Monitors all loans, promissory notes, etc and preparing the payments as they mature
• Prepare for the FX needed monthly and execute based on the confirmation done by Manager
• Prepare and update List of bank Guarantee from Distributors and list of Performance Bond from Contractor also follow up on their renewal.
• Monitor the maturities, payments etc
• Preparing assigned reports such as :
• Prepare and report monthly Cash Forecast
• Prepare and submit Treasury Report Packages in time
• Prepare and submit the Bank Indonesia Report regarding the AP FX, Loan, etc
• Assist ini the preparation of financial reports and statements i.e. budgets
• Support implementation of internal control in all Treasury process
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Safety fuction : Ensure a safe working condition in the working location to support the company’s policy to achieve target zero accident; Ensure the use of safety equipment by self and other employee while working

Requirements:
General Requirements:

• Must possess at least bachelor degree, major in management or accounting
• Experience min. 3 years in related fields
• Knowledge/experience in preparing cash forecasts
• Knowledge/experience of Standar Akuntasi Keuangan Indonesia
• Knowledge/experience with accounting/financial software (SAP, JDE, PICKS)
• Good personalities, energetic and able to work under pressure
• Having an excellent communication and interpersonal skill
• Good command of English, both oral & written
