Raw Material (Purchasing) Manager
MAIN FUNCTIONS
- To be responsible for purchasing of raw material for Bata Indonesia and ensure quality and advantageous prices to factory in Bata Indonesia
- To coordinate the activities of purchasing and material Management of all units also proper planning of material to drive in cost effectiveness.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in administration, material management, logistics, supply chain or any associated field of study
- Experience in material procurements 5 years with minimum 2 years in managerial level
- Should have strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to network and deal with vendors and suppliers
- Strong leadership abilities
- Analytical skills and the ability to skillfully plan and organize functions

Shop Auditor (SA)
Responsibility:
- To carry out periodic examination of operational risks caused by enterprise systems or control procedures especially in shops, factory and warehouse.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree (Accounting / Business / Marketing / IT)
- Good English Communication Skill (Spoken)
- Good Computer Skill (Ms Office, Word, Excel)
- Willing to travel to Bata Stores all over Indonesia intensively
- Has working experience as auditor is an advantage

CHIEF ACCOUNTANT
Major Deliverables of the position :
- Ensure a strong control environment and deliver accurate and timely accounting records for the company
- Ensure delivery of Group Reporting as per Regional and Head Office requirements
- Comply with US GAAP requirements for head office reporting and compliance with local PSAK Requirements
- Comply with reporting requirements of local regulatory authorities including BKPM, BAPEPAM etc
- Manage the control and accounting aspects of the retail stores and the factory
- Deliver monthly reporting to senior management and departmental heads which clearly shows variance against agreed plan numbers
- Manage a team of 6 direct reports and through them a total team of 30 people
- Work to simplify internal processes and maximize use of technology to reduce the work load and improve the quality of the financial data
- Act as a liaison between finance and other departments to deliver to them the required data and support
- Ensure delivery of external/internal audits without significant issues identified as open
- Controlling of company assets including fixed assets / cash & bank etc
Profile required:
- Qualified accountant with a Big4 audit firm background
- At least 7 years experience of which minimum 3 years at a manager level
- Experience working for a multinational company and a public company listed on IDX
- Well versed with US GAAP as well as local accounting rules (PSAKs)
- Experience of tax compliance and dealing with tax authorities
- Experience of retail and/or manufacturing industry
- Ability to lead a team of 30 direct/indirect people
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Good analytical skills and ability to present data to senior management in a meaningful way
- Team player and able to interact with other departments effectively
- Strong personality and ability to enforce company policies
