Executive, Internal Communication
Job Responsibilities:
- To write news or articles related to company’s activities for internal publications; printing: in-house magazine and digital: Intranet, e-mail blast, SMS Broadcast, in-house TV – open for any new products of internal communications’ media
- To provide creative ideas in producing Desktop Wallpaper for all computers’ users
- To select high quality corporate pictures for Wall Posters
- To engage with related agencies in delivering high quality products of internal communications
- To give administrative support in performing any assignments given related to the position
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Undergraduate Degree in Public Relations, Journalistic, or Mass Communication
- Having extensive knowledge and experience, at least two years, in publishing Internal Communications’ media
- Fluent in English, both oral and written
- Meticulous, creative, innovative, open-minded, adaptive, able to work with a minimum supervision
- Technical skills: produce good and comprehensive writings, use to work with Microsoft Office standard applications including Microsoft Office SharePoint Systems (MOSS), able to operate digital camera in producing good composition of pictures, technical skills related to operating and understanding impacts
- Non-Technical skills: having good communication skills, well understanding towards business, able to handle complexity and problem solving, self-development, quick to learn something’s new and team working

Job Description:
- Checking incoming and release SO for distributor
- Preparing Collection Voucher
- Input revenue into SAP
Job Requirement:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree
- Minimum 2 years experiences in Finance/Accounting/Administration, experience in Account Receivable department is an advantage
- Having SAP knowledge dan Microsoft Excel skill
- Having mature personality and good interpersonal skill

Requirements:
- Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year experiences in portal development using MS Sharepoint
- Having a deep knowledge in MS Sharepoint, having MS Sharepoint certification is an advantage
- Good Programming Skill in K2 Workflow & Infopath
- Excellent Programming Skill in C#, ASP.net, ISS
- Strong Understanding of software Engineering.
- Understanding of Object oriented is a must.
- Knowledge in database programming.
- Having knowledge of software analysis, code analysis, requirements analysis
- Willing to learn new technologies and approaches.
- Proficient in English (Both oral and Written)
