Requirements:

• Bersedia ditempatkan di Job site (Kalimantan Tengah)
• Min D3 Teknik Komputer/Elektro/Informatik.
• Troubleshooting and solving problem skills .
• Memahami fungsi perangkat komunikasi data (VSAT, Modem, Router, HUB/Switch).
• Menguasai Sistem Operasi Windows/Linux Base Network Application
• Berorientasi pada user

IT Analyst
(Jakarta Raya, Kalimantan Tengah)
Requirements:

• Pendidikan minimal D3 Informatika/D3 Ilmu Komputer
• Pengalaman minimal 3 - 5 tahun di bagian programming
• Memiliki kemampuan untuk menganalisis data, konsep dan metodologi pemograman
• Menguasasi bahasa pemrograman PHP
• Menguasai databasa Oracle dan MySQL
• Bersedia melakukan perjalanan dinas ke masing-masing site

HR & GA Site Officer
(Kalimantan Tengah - Borneo)

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate all recruitment activity, starting from analyze man power needs, job posting activity, selection and interview process, and psychological assessment reports.
• Manage and coordinate all training activity, starting from training needs assessment, design training curriculum, executing training program, and evaluate training effectiveness
• Manage and coordinate all performance management activity, starting from distributing performance appraisal form, analyze and report performance appraisal recapitulation
• Improve the effectiveness of HR Business Process by evaluate HR Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) to continuously improve HR Performance
• Assist HR Managers in all HR activity

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Human Resource Management, Psychology.
• Minimum GPA are 2.75.
• Ready to be placed at company Job site in Borneo (KALIMANTAN TENGAH)
• High motivated person with strong adaptation skill.
• Analytical and detail person.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Human Resources or equivalent. Job role in General HR or equivalent.
• 1 Full-Time positions available.
