MANAGEMENT TRAINEE - TRAINER ( MT – TR )
Qualifications :
- Male or Female, min Bachelor degree (S1) from reputable university with min GPA 3.00
- Max 27 years old
- Having minimum 2 years of experience in Training or 1 year in same position is preferred
- Strong competency in training management (training need analysis, training matrix, training implementation and evaluation) and delivery training
- Good communication and strong analytical
- Hard worker and able to work in a team
- Willing to traveling all around branches of PT Indomobil FInance Indonesia
- Excellent supervisory, coordination and communication skills
- Computer literate: MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point
