Human Resources Manager
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta)
Responsibilities:
Planning, developing, and controlling the human resources management system, also managing the company's facilitation system to ensure the availability of a competent human resources. Aside this incumbent will support the company's operating run well in order to support the achievement of company's objectivity.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Law or equivalent.
- Minimal 5 years working experience in the same position
- Preferably from F&B retail / distribution industry
- Strong experience in handling large numbers of people that are spreading in all over Indonesia
- Strong in Operational & Strategic Human Resources (all HR spectrum)
- Solid leadership skill
- Mature, dynamic, open minded and high driven personality
- Willing to travel frequently
