Recruitment Officer
Qualification:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Psychology with GPA minimum 2.75 from reputable university with at least 2 years experience in recruitment.
- Has good understanding of psychodiagnostic tools, preparing psychological report, and behavioral event interview.
- Good in Ms. Excel is required.
- Fluent in English both spoken dan written.
- Has experience in mining industry is preferred.
- Willing to be assign to travel to our projects in Kalimantan.

Plant Superintendent - Site area (Code: PSUPT)
Requirements :
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 15 years experience in maintenance, troubleshouting, repairing, planning, and manage assets of heavy equipments
- Or 3-5 years experience as Superintendent in Plant Department at mining contractors
- Familiar with wide range of heavy equipments maintenance program including Excavator, Bulldozer, Dump Truck, Motor Grader, for various brand: Caterpillar, Komatsu, Hitachi & Volvo.
- Experience in the maintenance management and system
- Fluently in English
Supply Chain Contract Specialist
QUALIFICATION :
- Candidate should has Bachelor Degree in business, law, mechanical, engineering, other supply chain related area.
- Certified professional in Contracts or Procurement and Supply Chain functions is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years experience in contract management, has experience in mining industry is prefered.
- Good understanding of relevan Indonesia business, legal aspects, importation, heavy equipment spare parts, office supply, other mining related tools.
- Has experience in using data stream & sun application is preferred
- Has good communication & negotiation skill.
