Marketing Communication Admin
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:

  • Process and administer sales promotion program claim
  • Monitor consumer’s slow moving stock (aging)
  • Monitor sells thru distributor
  • Monitor sales activity budget
  • Provide report of sales promotion program claim

Requirements:

  • Female, maximum of 30 years old
  • Bachelor degree majoring in management or administration from reputable University
  • Minimum 2 years experience in handling administration in sales/marketing
  • Having good interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, fast learner and able to work with minimum supervision
  • Computer literacy


Account Manager (Jakarta) (East Java)
(Jakarta Raya) (Jawa Timur)
Responsibilities:

  • Develop assigned account in order to achieve the agreed sales target.
  • Build and maintain existing customer in order to increase customer loyalty and achieve the agreed sales target.
  • Work closely with Marketing Communication team to execute Marketing Activity Program on potential area which can be developed to be new account in order to increase the number of existing account to achieve the agreed sales target.
  • Communicate with existing customer regularly in order to update any information related to the existing project and obtain any issues of the products to be solved properly.
  • Set up monthly meeting with Acer Elite Partner in order to get updating information related with development of AEP Program or other project which need AEP support and to meet AEP needs
  • Coordinate with 3rd party to meet good relationship with Customer in order to achieve the agreed sales target
  • Determine the right Partner for giving support and providing company products to customer in order to achieve the agreed sales target
  • Liaise with Sales Administration and Logistic Department in order to monitor sales administration and ACER's product delivery to ensure delivery process to Customer on schedule

Requirements:

  • To be placed in Jakarta
  • 5 (five) years experience in Sales in IT industry and 3 (three) years in Account Manager position
  • With background education min Bachelor degree / High Schools, etc
  • Preferably able to handle customer
  • Ability to lead the solution team
  • Have a strong business relationship and networking with public / private sector
  • Have the capability to professionally approach, persuade, propose and closing deals
  • Self motivation and initiative, combined with an analytical mind and logical/firm judgment


Product Manager (PM)
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop, and direct product strategies for Acer brand and monitor product portfolio in the assigned market segment (commercial/corporate) in order to achieve the agreed division target and company’s objective
  • Plan, develop, and monitor the implementation of product strategy plan so as to support Division strategic plan to be aligned with company’s objective
  • Determine proper market penetration strategy in order to enlarge Acer market segment in Indonesia so as to achieve department target and company business strategy
  • Review subordinate report and provide suggestion (if needed) to get a proper corrective action plan
  • Evaluate data analyze report from subordinate and identify proper action plan to be proposed to Superior and get the approval
  • Coordinate with 3rd party vendor such as AMD, Intel, and Microsoft which related to co-branding activities so as to achieve department and company objective

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree (S1), majoring in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Marketing Management from reputable University
  • Male/Female, maximum 35 years old
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in IT Industry as Product Marketing or Sales with at least 3 years in managerial level, especially
  • hardware in notebook, desktop, server, and
  • hardware in projector & LCD monitor
  • Highly analytical with strong math skills
  • Deep passion for products and track record to define market winning product and product strategy
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Computer literacy


Internal Audit Specialist (IA)
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement internal control process and procedures related to business process and procedure implementation
  • Design and documents internal control process and procedures
  • Identify internal control issues and recommend actionable plan of resolution and risk mitigation
  • Monitor the implementation of business process in conjunction with the new business process as the Process Improvement Team (PIT)
  • Develop and maintain relationship with PIT, in reviewing the implementation and compliance achievement

Requirements:

  • Male/female
  • Bachelor Degree in Accountancy from reputable University (have experience in Public Accountant is highly preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in the planning of and evaluation of the internal control functions/risk mitigation – exposure to various areas within IT company or FMCG retail business, including structured finance, investment management, credit & risk functions
  • Having knowledge in operational risk functions
  • Have understanding in accounting policies – financial reporting etc.
  • Have ability to delegate responsibilities and lead a team to successfully meet and exceed goals
  • A team player with extraordinary leadership abilities
  • Excellent oral & written communication and presentation skills
  • English is mandatory


Jr. Product Marketing (JPM)

Responsibilities:

System Specialist
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:

  • Maintain, test, and monitor business applications, including coordinating the installation of computer programs and systems
  • Ensure that project deliverables meet users’ requirement and expectations
  • Monitor the business benefit in order to realize process improvements
  • Ensure that projects are implemented in accordance to standard methodology and follow the best practice
  • Maintain business production system (applications, interfaces, workflow, alert, etc.) to support the availability and continuity of business operation
  • Monitor the business production system performance to ensure user/customer satisfaction
  • Follow up and resolve user request and issue from assignment to completion
  • Provide business process consultancy to the business users in order to seek for better business solution
  • Train users to work with computer systems and applications
  • Maintain and document user profile/authorization with regard to IT business applications
  • Perform necessary user account review with respect to employee mutation or resignation
  • Ensure new application developed is compatible with the existing infrastructure
  • Develop, document and revise system design procedures, test procedures, and quality standards
  • Determine computer software or hardware needed to set up or alter system, also liaise with system administrator for verification

Requirements:

  • Male / Female, max. of 30 years old
  • Bachelor degree majoring in Information Management / Engineering / Science from reputable University
  • Min. 1 year experience in SQL or Microsoft .NET
  • Skills in programming (.NET, SQL Server) is essential
  • Exposure to business process knowledge (ERP, CRM) is an advantage

  • Good problem solving skills
