QC Officer
Requirement :
- Male or Female, max. 35 years old
- SMK or diploma from engineering faculty
- 2 years experience as QC in metal, piping, automotive or rotating equipment manufacturing (compressor or pump industry would be advantage)
- Good English would be advantage
- Willing to be travel to supplier
- Computer skills, Familiar with ERP or SAP
- Willing to placed at MM 2100 Cibitung– Bekasi Timur (KSB provide pick up bus from meeting point)
Job Description :
- Perform audit quality performance on supplier site
- Handle and control quality problem comes from supplier
- Perform hydrostatic test for Dewatering pump base frame
- Assure all received components and goods from supplier meet internal quality requirement
- Follow up for received non conformity goods from supplier
- Assist to conduct incoming inspection for received goods and components
- Assist and support production process to achieve quality standards
- Verify process in production to comply quality requirement including drawing
- Monitor and coordinate rework process
