Executive, Revenue Assurance
Job Descriptions:
For Executive, Revenue Assurance 1 (prepaid) :
- Analyst daily traffic prepaid,
- Reconcile tariff prepaid,
- Prepaid revenue monitoring
- Problem solving Prepaid issue.
- Monthly report revenue prepaid.
- Monitoring prepaid fraud issue
For Executive Revenue Assurance 2 (postpaid) :
- Analyst daily traffic postpaid,
- Reconcile tariff and accuracy.
- Problem solving issue postpaid.
- Monitor Collection trend
- HUR monitoring customer for fraud prevention
- Monthly report revenue postpaid.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree (S1)
- Minimum 1 year experience in Telco postpaid/prepaid and HUR report monitoring, roming TAP IN and OUT monitoring staff, auditor.
- Has knowledge and experiences in Toad SQL basic application for both positions will be an advantage.
