PT. Indonusa Telemedia "TelkomVision" was established 7 May 1997 and began operations in 1999. PT Indonusa Telemedia "TelkomVision" started as a company consisting of several shareholders:

  1. PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Telkom)
  2. PT Telkomindo Primabhakti (Megacell)
  3. PT Rajawali Cira Televisi Indonesia (RCTI)
  4. PT Datakom Asia (Datakom Asia)

By 2003, Telkom became its principal shareholder currently holding 98.75% share of PT Indonusa Telemedia "TELKOMVision", while the rest (1.25%) is owned by Datakom.

Cable TV
TelkomVision coverage area for analog cable TV is exclusively in selected cities in Indonesia, such as Jakarta, Bandung, Semarang, Bali, and Surabaya. For every cities, TelkomVision has different channel offered. TelkomVision also has digital cable TV that covered Jakarta, Bandung, and Surabaya.

Satellite TV
TelkomVision coverage area for satellite is all across Indonesia with 11 distributor area. TelkomVision is using Telkom 1 satellite (c-band).

CRM Manager
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:

  • Identify and execute loyalty strategies based on corporate goals to maximize conversion, sales and revenue .
  • Oversee Loyalty Program execution for new/existing customers. 
  • Manage the day to day activities of loyalty program
  • Data mining analysis for existing customers.
  • Ensure validation of customer data.
  • Create retention program related with churn rate target

Requirements:

  • Minimum S1 in any discipline from reputable University
  • 3 years experience in Loyalty and Retention Program Management.
  • Proven track record managing marketing programs in offline/online loyalty marketing.   
  • Strong communication, project management, time management, and analytical skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint


Contact Center Manager
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:

  • Manages day to day activities within the call center operation, walk in center, e-channel.
  • Plays a lead role in the support team
  • Ability to review, analyze, interpret reports and performance statistics
  • Able to communicate directly and well with both internal and external clients and management
  • Strong planning, time management and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of reporting methodology, principles and procedures
  • Establish standards of performance for the staff to achieve performance standards
  • Support marketing and sales activities


Requirements:

  • Minimum S1 in any discipline from reputable University
  • Min. 5 years experiences in call center or walk in center
  • Speak and write English fluently
  • Skill in the use of computer and related software, including a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Office applications

Legal Manager
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:

  • Give independent and professional legal and compliance advice for Pay TV business;
  • Providing legal opinion, review and drafting.
  • Handling Overall Legal Affairs pertaining to company, and projects business activity
  • Ensuring that all legal issues for corporate action are covered and fulfilled
  • Ensuring efficient corporate documents handling and legal processing.
  • Identifying new and emerging legal and regulatory issues that may affect to the company
  • Develops and modifies policies and procedures to conform to legal regulatory and network firm requirements include drafting and negotiating commercial agreements.
  • Preparing and evaluating legal implications for any corporate actions.

Requirements:

  • Prospective candidates must have minimum S1 degree in business law,
  • Minimum 7-year of experiences, of which 3-5 years on manager level.
  • Knowledge of PayTV/boadcasting related laws and legislation, regulatory & compliance, and understanding the commercial impact of Legal advice and Compliance Policies.
  • Strong exposure and sound knowledge in handling corporate legal matters and contracts
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
  • Good command of English written & spoken

IT Service Desk Officer
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level services to user in the area of daily IT Operation
  • Analyzes, assists, providessolution,  and manages end user’s IT related SR (Service Requests) in order to meet the agreed SLA
  • Creates, manages & socializes the IT Operations related documentations and SOPs
  • Supporting IT Operation project when needed

Requirements:

  • At least Diploma / Associate Degree from reputable universities, majoring in IT/ComputerScience relevant fields
  • Good communication skills, mainly in complaints-handling, expectation-settings, and IT relevant technical requests.
  • Having 1 years experience as IT Helpdesk/ IT Service Desk / IT Support. Fresh graduated candidateswith broad knowledge are also welcomed.
  • Technical requirements: Good knowledges in general daily network, hardware, software troubleshootings (good knowledge of SQL, PHP, advanced MS Office applications is preferred)
  • Fast-learner, helpful, good team player and a result-oriented person is required



IT Infrastructure Specialist
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:

  • Provide second-level services to user in the area of daily IT Operation

Layers of coverage includes:

  • Enterprise Apps backend services/infrastructures
  • Maintaining the full lifecycle of Databases (Oracle, mySQL), Operating Systems (Windows, Linuxes, Mac), Services
  • Enterprise Apps technology stacks (logics, codings, scripts)
  • Perform proactive/preventive activities to achieve the highest level of availability and optimized system performance on the above-mentioned layers (including planned activities in the Production environment)
  • Perform reactive /corrective activities to minimize any unplanned down-time on the above-mentioned layers in the Production environment
  • Assist the IT Service Desk Unit for any escalated “Simple SR” or “Complex SR” issues on the above-mentioned layers
  • Assist the IT Development Unit for any requirement on TEST environment needed on the above-mentioned layer
  • Obtain the new application changes hand over from the IT Development Unit and make sure that all of the documentation completed and fully understood before rolling out the changes to end-users

Requirements:

  • At least Diploma / Associate Degree from reputable university, majoring in IT/computerscience relevant fields
  • Having 1year experiencesas IT Supportand/or Development unit is prefered, although fresh graduated candidateswith broad knowledgesare also welcomed.
  • Technical requirements: Good knowledges in SDLC, general software troubleshootings, fluent with standard SQL languages, PHP scriptings, DataWarehouse concept and advanced in MS-Excel
  • Highly dedicated individual with long working hour, fast-learner, helpful, good team player and a result-oriented person
