Junior Database Administrator (JDA)
Responsibilities:
- Provides 2nd level support for all database and storage also responsible for the environmental aspects of a database.
- Establishes the needs of users and monitors user access and security.
- Monitors performance and manages parameters to provide fast query responses to 'front end' users.
- Considers both 'back end' organization of data and 'front end' accessibility for end users.
- Installs and tests new versions of the database management system (DBMS).
- Writes database documentation, including data standards, procedures and definitions for the data dictionary (‘metadata’).
- Controls access permissions and privileges.
- Develops, manages and tests backup and recovery plans.
- Ensures that storage, archiving, backup and recovery procedures are functioning correctly.
- Communicates regularly with technical, applications and operational staff to ensure database integrity and security.
Requirements:
- At least a Bachelor's Degree (S-1) in Computer Science / Information Technology or other related area from reputable University.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field.
- Experienced in Oracle environment setup (install, cluster, replicate).
- Experienced in handling environment related to Oracle, especially JBoss app server.
- Strong working knowledge of *NIX operating systems.
- Fluent in English, both oral and written.
Junior Network Engineer (JNE)
Responsibilities:
- Designs and implements network configurations, network architecture (including hardware and software technology, site locations, and integration of technologies), and systems.
- Develops and creates procedures for installation, use, and troubleshooting of communications hardware and software.
- Analyzes and solves significant, moderate network problems that require evaluation of intangibles, such as downstream effects on client satisfaction.
- Provides engineering services and project management functions required to develop and implement network plans.
- Provides specific detailed information for hardware and software selection, implementation techniques and tools for the most efficient solution to meet business needs, including present and future capacity requirements.
- Conducts routine testing of network design and maintenance of labs, maintains technical expertise in all areas of network and computer hardware and software interconnection and interfacing, such as routers, multiplexers, firewalls, hubs, bridges, gateways, etc.
- Provides 3rd level support to operational team as required.
- Researches and analyzes networking technologies to remain pro-active and current in the industry.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree (S-1) in Computer Science/Information Technology or other relevant area.
- At least 2 (two) years of hands-on technical experience.
- Holds a certification in IT Professional (CCNA/JNCIA)
- Knowledge of network design
- Knowledge of Router and switch configuration for LAN/WAN environments
- Knowledge of routing, transport, and QoS performance concerns for communications
- Having network principal certificate (Cisco, Juniper, Alcatel) is an advantage
- Willing to travel to remote area and available on call and on site 24 hours, 7 days a week
- Fluent in English, both oral and written
Junior Systems Engineer (JSE)
Responsibilities:
- Provides application support and issue resolution of development and test environments.
- Troubleshoots 3rd level problems related to web applications running on servers, and their interactions
- Develops, facilitates and maintains best of breed product support tools including run books, monitoring, and knowledge bases to aid in the product support process.
- Analyzes, collects, maintains and distributes key technology metrics both in real time and historical on the revenue generating products
- Participates as an active member of the in the software development lifecycle, through attending new feature requirements reviews and developing leading edge processes to support these new product enhancements.
- Creates and maintains documentation and procedures related to the maintenance and operation of application systems
- Researches and analyzes networking technologies to remain pro-active and current in the industry
- Monitoring, managing, and supporting 24 X 7 application services
Requirements:
- At least a Bachelor's Degree (S-1) in Computer Science / Information Technology or other related area.
- At least 2 (two) years of working experience in server, storage, and application support.
- Have knowledge and experience in Windows, Linux, and VMware server environment.
- Well-organized with the ability to multi-task and work with minimal supervision.
- Good communication skills, highly self-motivated and independent
- Have experience in installing and troubleshooting server, storage, and application.
- Willing to work over time to support operational needs
- Fluent in English, both oral and written.
Junior Accountant (JA)
Responsibilities:
- Transaction analysis & assigns entries to proper accounts.
- Files all necessary tax documents.
- Prepares administrative work for incoming and outgoing invoices.
- Prepares and monitor account receivables and payables balances.
- Compiles and analyzes accounting records and other data to determine the financial resources required to implement a program.
Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor Degree in Accounting from reputable University;
- Min. 3 years working experience in related field;
- Having knowledge of economic and accounting principles and practices, the financial markets, banking and the analysis and reporting of financial data;
- Having knowledge of Zahir Accounting Software and/or SAP;
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply;
