The group began manufacturing electric motors and locomotives. After the Second World War, the armaments businesses were abandoned in favor of electrical engineering, and iron and steel works. The company remained in this sector until the early 1980s.

SALES ENGINEER (SE) - (Semarang)
(Jawa Tengah - Semarang)
Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to maintain & develop present and new customer, to promote and sell Schneider product & offer, to gain customers’ requirements and provide technical solution based on their needs. Candidate must process strong drive to achieve sales target.


Requirements:

  • Graduated from Electrical Engineering majoring in Power or Control from reputable University S1 Degree.
  • Minimum 2 years experiences.
  • Able to communicate in English and Computer literate.
  • Fast learning, good analytical skill & posses strong drive.
  • Able to work under pressure, good teamwork.
  • Knowledge and previous exposure with Schneider products in Medium & Low Voltage are definite advantages
  • Will be placed in Semarang


FINANCIAL ACCOUNTING & REPORTING (FAR-CKG) - (Cikarang Based)
(Cikarang)
Responsibilities:

  • Manage efficiently the SAP FI-CO monthly closing of monetary and accounting transaction.
  • Prepare Financial Statement in accordance with statutory requirement, HFM & Essbase reporting.
  • Ensure accuracy and timelines of financial information monthly&Quarterly management report and highlight to management any significant variances in GL transaction.
  • Maintain proper documentation of system and procedures of internal control.
  • Ensure proper internal control are in place.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting from reputable University
  • Experience 3-4 Years in Finance Reporting
  • SAP FI-CO (Not Mandatory, but preferred), Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) & Essbase (Not Mandatory)
  • English Active oral and written, Computer literate MS office.
  • Will be Placed at Cikarang



MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (MT-2011)
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:

  • Will be trained and developed to meet Schneider's qualification. Might be rotated to different role/ function/ location when necessary. Good technical competencies and commercially conversant to grow the business.


Requirements:

  • Graduate in Bachelor degree (S1) Electrical Engineering (preferable in Power)
  • Male/Female, with maximum age 24 years old.
  • Minimum GPA 3.00
  • High motivated to grow with World Class team
  • Shows good potential in Leadership
  • Proficient in English, verbal and written.
  • Computer literate (Windows applications).
  • To sign and respect the 3 years bond agreement.
