Policy Maintenance Officer
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:

  • Handling alteration for group health policy.
  • Checking endorsement & invoice or credit not.
  • Identifying and analyzing all incoming and outgoing document and handle alteration for financial and non financial impact for individual and unit link product.
  • Administering claim.
  • Handling investment payment.
  • Reporting active investment, claim, cancellation, surrender, and alteration.


Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Medical Science or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in Regulatory Compliance is required for this position.

MEDICAL UNDERWRITER
(Banten)
Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Medical Science, Medicine or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): Risk Selection Process, hospital / clinic review.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent. Job role in Underwriter (Insurance) or equivalent.

Claim Adjudicator Officer
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:

  • Adjudicate reimburse and hospital claims, determine acceptibility of evidence/ documents. submitted and necessity for additional review, resolve claims issue, and approve claims.
  • Refer complex claims adjudicator supervisor, and maintain TAT and accuracy of the adjudication.
  • Acts as initial review point for (possible) fraudulent claims.
  • Provides initial review and research to help claim adjudicator supervisor in determining, if claims require further investigation to determine possible payment or even fraudulent activity.
  • Provides research and obtain information on claim fraudulent cases.
  • Ability to analyze or make interpretation on claim information from various sources.


Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Medical Science, Pharmacy/Pharmacology, Medicine or equivalent.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in insurance industry handling claim adjudication and claim administration support.
  • Understand the importance of, and demonstrate a customer service policy.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good analytical skills.
  • Has paramedical or pharmaceutical background.
  • Computer (word, Excel, power point) skills.
  • Develops a working knowledge of pharmaceutical practices, policy and regulations.
  • Develops a working knowledge of standard medical abbreviations, terminology and practices.
  • Works independently with low supervision.

Renewal Underwriter

Responsibilities:

  • To Help smoothing the selection and administration process of underwriting for renewal case in the Group Underwriting Department in accordance with the applicable Underwriting Guidelines
  • To Prepare participant data, the claim ratio for calculation of renewal premiums.
  • To create summary calculation for premium calculation analysis
  • To Check the completeness of data and supporting documents as requirements of renewal process
  • To Make Underwriting Worksheet
  • To Publish premiums & benefits


Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience as underwriter is required for this position.
  • Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent. Job role in Underwriter (Insurance) or Analyst.

Requirements:
