Senior Process Engineer
This Senior Process Engineer position will have the primary responsibility for Providing Process Engineering support, guidance and assistance to the Onshore Operation Team in all matters relating to facility engineering design and operability issues, with a strong emphasis on value adding activities and risk minimization.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • University degree in Chemical Engineering, with at least 10 years of process design and operation experience in oil and gas facilities or petrochemical plant with most of this time is in gas conditioning and processing.
  • Strong technical/engineering skills with a working knowledge of applicable Codes and Standards plus a general understanding of other discipline activities.
  • Demonstrated ability in the use of Process Engineering tools/ Process Simulators and Computer Models, including HYSIS, PIPESIM, and equipment rating programs.
  • Experience with gas turbines, waste heat recovery steam systems and water treating is highly desirable.
  • Experience with Basics of Design, Process Design & Safety System Design.
  • Basic knowledge of process chemistry, including chemical treatment.
  • Experience on Drafting of Operating Instructions/ Standard Operating Procedure.
  • Good knowledge on Process Safety Management.
  • Experience with Process Evaluations/ analysis.
  • SAP experience or similar computer based system.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skill

Competency & Development Specialist
Job Description

  • Continuously identify, assess and develop personnel competency needs of the department in order to produce a fully competent workforce capable of delivering Supply Chain Management Excellence.
  • Analyze Training Needs, prepare Training Plan Matrix, organize and monitor implementation of mandatory training and ensure that Training Records are being kept up-to-date.
  • Initiates, follow up and ensures that recruitment process within the Supply Chain Department are being executed properly and in a timely manner, together with the HR Generalist.
  • Maintain records on Individual Development Plan as inputs for training implementation & performance management.
  • Prepare, review, and maintain records on Supply Chain Job Descriptions.
  • Maintain Training Budget as basis for management report in a regular basis.


QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have minimum 5 years experience working in training and development in the supply chain area.
BA/BS Degree in Industrial Engineering, Psychology or Supply Chain Management
Computer skill : Basic Computer Application (Microsoft Office).
Language skill : Good oral & written communication skills in English (TOEFL score>550).

CSR Program Specialist
This CSR Program Specialist will have the primary responsibility to develop community development programs based on preliminary assessment of the local community and also responsible for the monitoring and evaluation of the community development programs by working together with the Field External Relations (FER) group and provide recommendations on the effectiveness of the program.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Min. Bachelor Degree, major in Social Sciences (preferably in Marine Sciences or Anthropology) or Management.
  • 3-5 years of progressively responsible experience in different functions and relevant experience in Corporate Social Responsibility including program management skills.
  • Good command of English language (spoken & written)
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Have strong leadership along with negotiation and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Office)
  • Able to sustain excellent work performance in high pressure situation and work under minimum supervision.
  • Ability to travel to field or  even remote locations
