Qualifications:
- Min. S1 (All Programs)
- Understand and master the competencies (CBHRM) and Basic GMP well
- Mastering the Training Function Managing
- Understand and master the Training Need Analysis
- Ability to Analyze, Design, & Delivery Training Program well
- Mastering the Training Effectiveness Evaluation
- Able to create and develop training modules
- Preferably experience as a Staff Training min. 1 year
- Placement: PALEMBANG
