AFH-Development Supervisor
Job Scope
Supporting Channel Development Manager on assign segment in national scale development activations particularly on Lodging, Healthcare, Education and Catering, segments.
Job Responsibilities
Strategy and Planning
- To assists Channel Dev Manager â AFH to develop quarterly plans & evaluation including budget allocation, # units by area basis.
- To assist Channel Dev Manager â AFH on Yearly Trade Marketing Plans & Calendar.
- Merchandising Management
- To initiate and develop Merchandising unit from concept for various segments within Away From Home channel.
- To initiate & develop merchandising guidelines for relevant segment within Away From Home channel, working closely with Manager, with approval from Function Head.
- To work closely with ASMâs, Distributor Relations, KAE and Distributors for implementation of picture of success, and track also evaluate activity / projects executions.
Information Management
- To have monthly volume and #ND tracking performance for AFH â assign segments.
- To provide report on monthly achievements and budget spending and investment performance.
- Good communication skill, negotiation skill and numerical skills;
- Able to react fast to changing environment;
- Organizing and prioritizing ability;
- Ability to perform well under stressful deadlines & situations;
- Ability to deal with complex situations;
- Enthusiasm, Highly positive and constructive spirit; Dynamism;
- High sense of ownership for the own area of responsibility.
- 3+ years experience in Sales, supervisor level (from internal) or Sales Support/Trade Marketing (from external), within a multinational FMCG company with strong background of B2B.
- Minimum D3/4, University degree is preferable.
- Good computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Bahasa native, English will be an advantage..
Retail Development Supervisor
TASK
- Oversee the Retail Development Project in the project area (national)
- Creating and Analyzing Program Project support for accelerated accretion outlets as well as volume numerical
- Submitting supporting tools into their respective areas in accordance with an outlet that has become the official outlet project that addressed
- Create and analyze periodic reports (monthly) on projects handled.
- Coordinate with area S & D team for the smooth operation and implementation of projects in designated areas.
- Coordinate with third parties (vendors) who have been appointed in the
- implementation of projects in designated areas.
AUTHORITY
- Applying for the next process or refuse to outlets that have been proposed by the area, in accordance with the terms & conditions exist for the project addressed
- Provide recommendations to the team area for development projects in their respective areas
- Make a schedule & attend meetings with stakeholders, both team area, the distributor or any third party concerning the project handled
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Fluency in the process of recruitment, branding and project progress to all outlets.
- Growth and the addition of the number of outlets as well as the volume of the entire project in each area
- Program development for projects in all areas

Organize employee database in such an efficient and effective way to ensure its validity and reliability.
Generate Human Resource data and reports to support HR Management team in making fast, accurate and reliable decisions
The qualifications are:
- University degree in any major, preferably Statistics & Management Information System.
- Having 3-4 years experience in Information System, Payroll Management, Database or Statistical Field
- Proficient in using MS Office, advance in Ms Excel and SQL Server Database, and HRIS
- Having good knowledge in human resources
- Team player, good analytical and problem solving skill
- High integrity & mature
- Good numerical reasoning & time management skill
- Good command in English both verbal & written
Compensation & Benefit Manager
Jakarta
- This position will report to C&B and Shared Services Director. The incumbent is accountable to :
- Implementing the company’s compensation policy.
- Analyses compensation surveys and obtains all necessary information to prepare compensation proposals and budgets.
- Prepares salary and benefits budgets and proposals, and oversees implementation.
- Conduct compensation surveys to determine market competitiveness.
The qualifications are:
- University degree in any major
- Having 5 years experience as Compensation & Benefit Manager
- Having good knowledge in HR management, particularly C&B management and income tax knowledge
- Good understanding on manpower regulation
- Proficient in using MS Office , MS Visio, and MS Project
- Good command in English both verbal & written
