Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to conduct routine secretarial and administration work and other assigned activities at the Plant division within corporate guidelines and correspondence standard format with the objective to support Plant Director and all relevant Divisional staffs to better focus on high priority business issues. This position also responsible for handling and managing petty cash.


Requirements:

  • Age maximum 30 years old, minimum Diploma from reputable secretarial academy.
  • Possess 3 years experience in relevant position.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • Demonstrate excellent computer skill (MS Office) and good typing skill.
  • Able to work independently in any under pressure circumstances.
  • Highly self-motivated, attempt to take initiative and challenging tasks, posses good interpersonal skill and excellent communication skill.

Legal & Compliance Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • The job holder is responsible for the effective and efficient management of the Legal department, provision of legal advisory services and ensuring effective management of legal and contractual risks, including : compliance framework, compliance training, compliance control and reporting, escalation of non compliance practices


Requirements:

  • Male/Female age max.35 years old, min.Bachelors Degree(S1) from reputable University, preferably from Legal major.
  • Preferably having experience in Compliance Officer field in Multinational company as Legal Assistant/Secretary(preferably from Pharmaceutical company)
  • Having good english both speaking and writing ability.
