Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years as professional assessor
- Graduated from a reputable university majoring S2/Master Psychology
- Strong knowledge of various psychology assessment tools (administering, scoring, interpreting) and recruitment sourcing method
- Good understanding on Assessment methodology, both psychologically & technical
- Interest in People Development and Human Resources
- Interview methodology and data gathering skill
- Male/Female with maximum 30 years of age
- Willing to have travelling
- Fluent English (both written and oral) is a plus
