Secretary to Excom
Jakarta Selatan (Jakarta Raya)

  • Perform secretarial duties, prepare divisional report, and integrate all information related to the division and other division in order to support Excom activities as well as the division


  • Associate degree from secretarial academy
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in handling secretarial duties
  • Good command of English (both written and verbal).
  • Computer literate on Microsoft office application (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint)
  • Comprehend of Secretarial duties  (correspondence, filing, typing, shorthand & steno, coordinate: itinerary, meeting, business travel)
  • Good sounding of financial reporting and analysis
  • Strong ability to work individually and with team
  • Good interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Good Filing and Administration

Customer Service
Tangerang (Banten)

  • Provide accurate information and assistance to customers, including dispatching of pick-ups and service information


  • Minimum D3 certificate or equivalent
  • 1 year experience in a customer service environment
  • Above average general office skills, including typing and filing
  • Strong written and oral (telephone) communication skills in both local and English languages
  • Fluentin English (written and spoken)
  • Ability to work variable shifts based on business needs
  • Computer literate
  • Emotionally mature
  • Willing to be placed at Soekarno-Hatta Airport
