CUSTOMER DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE
Requirements:
- Male/Female
- Between 23-28 years of age
- Minimum qualification Bachelor degree (S1) from Reputable Universities
- Attractive appearance and pleasant personality
- Possess driving license (A,C) (possess own vehicle is preferable)
- Result oriented
- Customer satisfaction oriented
- Able to operate computer
- Proficiency in English
- Willing to be stationed across the country
- Exposure in handling industrial & residential clients is preferable
- Able to work under pressure in a competitive market
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (preferably from: Marketing, Communication, Hotel & Tourism, Public Health, Biology, Agriculture)
Responsibilities:
- Sales and promotes company’s service
- Implements sales plan effectively and efficiently
- Generates new accounts
- Maintains good relation with internal and external clients / providers / other related parties

AREA CAPABILITY MANAGER (ACM)
REQUIREMENTS:
- Male/Female, age not more than 40
- Have experience as Sales Trainer
- Experienced in developing sales capability
- Proven good track record in previous job responsibility
- Hold min. S-1 degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications from reputable university (overseas is preferable)
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Sales Division (preferably in Service Company) and 3 years in Training Management
- Also have experience as Branch Manager or Area Sales Manager is a plus
- Good analytical, market-evaluation & strategy, and interpersonal skills
- Well groomed, target oriented, proactive, enthusiastic, high achievement motivation, can work under pressure
- Comfortable in a multi-ethnic environment
- Good at selling, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English & computer literate is a must
- Willing to travel
