Finance Analyst & Month End Closing Coordinator
Description:
Basic Purposes/Responsibilities:

  • The primary responsibility of this position will be to process month end closing to produce financial data and information which will be used for internal information (Business Analyst used cost report to communicate with managers about their cost, Leadership Team and Corporate reviewed financial information to understand company performance and also as information to make decisions) and external information Manage master data in SAP based on business need. Provide net forecast for all production and exploration companies. Provide forecast presentation slides to be presented by Financial Service Manager to Leadership Team for review and approval


Job Description:

  • Process month end closing for test and production run in SAP.  Input costs allocation, process projects and orders settlement, check partner netting, run depreciation and allocation, check foreign exchange revaluation, run parent company overhead, close JV posting for Indonesia BU, run cutback (to calculate net and partner portion cost)
  • Provide reasonable check for controllable O&O (month to month) and variance analysis by company codes (actual to budget)
  • Analyze cost allocation result report for error and warning message     
  • Managing master data. Create, change and block cost center and work breakdown structure in SAP based on business need (proposed by Managers trough Business Analyst). Create, change and block customer based on business need (proposed by Corporate Reporting and General Accounting group).
  • Maintain cost element and company codes based on business need
  • Provide net forecast. Calculate entitlement calculation for all production blocks to get net production volume and revenue.
  • Calculate net controllable overhead & operating cost, capital expenditure, depreciation and income tax.
  • Produce financial information (net income, balance sheet and cash flow)
  • Performing variance analysis between forecast and budget


Qualifications:
Basic Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor in Accounting
  • Minimum 5 years of Accounting, Finance and Audit experience
  • Strong knowledge in SAP
  • Strong MS office program especially in MS Excel and Power Point
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and efficiently prioritize work to meet deadlines


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong team player
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proficient with corporate reporting data base (URD and CRD)
  • Must possess analytical skills to interpret financial data and perform variance analysis
  • Must be self- directed requiring some guidance from Global month end closing & master data


Integrated Planner
QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Safety – a safety-minded person who believes that a good plan leads to a safe and efficient execution
  • Education - minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering
  • Experience - minimum 7 years experience in the oil and gas industry, preferably with planning experience in Projects or Operations
  • Knowledge & skills
  • Strong knowledge in at least one of the planning areas: (small) projects planning, shutdown planning, maintenance planning, or integrated planning
  • Good integration skills with reasonable knowledge of planning tools e.g. SAP PM Module, MS Project, and Primavera
  • Has a sound understanding of field operations
  • Understand operating constraints and able to manage them to deliver goals/ objectives
  • Reasonable risk management skills
  • Effective communication and influencing skills


QA/QC Inspector
A QA/QC Inspector responsible to assist Operations and Engineering to ensure the long term safety and reliability of all the pressure containing equipment. The QA/QC Inspector works start from the planning, construction and maintenance phases of the equipment.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all codes (ASME, API, etc) and that all company Specs are being adhered to.
  • Ensure that a Quality Control Package is compiled for every project and that a QC number is assigned for that project and that all the guidelines in the QC manual are followed.
  • Ensure that all PR/MRS sheets have proper information on them and that the materials listed on the drawing show material type, grade and schedule
  • Ensure that proper approval signatures are on the drawings.
  • Ensure that an engineering spec has been chosen for each project.
  • Ensure proper material control is being done, whether using new or used fittings etc.
  • Ensure that all material orders specify that MTR’s are required and that the proper information is on the PO’s or warehouse material withdrawal forms. The material type, grade and schedule must been shown. Also ensure that the QC id is on the above forms too for traceability to the projects.
  • Ensure that all welding procedures are suitable for the materials being welded and that the welders are qualified and tested to the procedures.
  • Ensure that each welder has his/her own stamp for identifying welds and that they are stamping their welds.
  • Ensure that the welders are following the guidelines of the weld procedure and that the proper consumables etc are being used and check for fit up etc.
  • Ensure that all drawings are marked up showing any piping changes and that all welder stamps on welds and exray numbers are recorded on the drawings too.
  • Ensure that the x-ray people are qualified to ASNT Level II.
  • Ensure that all x-ray reports and film have the QC number assigned to that project on them.


QUALIFICATION :

  • D3 graduate with 5 years minimum experience
  • Holding the Inspector certificates for: ASNT II, welding, pressure vessel, piping, tank, crane, steam boiler, radiography.
  • Having working knowledge of English, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent health, fit for long hours work in the fields.


Sr Electrical Engineer
To ensure that the assigned Electrical modification or projects works are executed in an expedient, cost effective, safe manner and in compliance with the Company Engineering Standards and International Codes.

Job Description

  • Analyze Engineering field evaluations and day to day Electrical operational trouble shooting.
  • Analyze Electrical sizing calculations such as load shedding, cable sizing etc.
  • Analyze and review one line diagram, power distribution system, Hazardous Area Classification, Electrical Safety System, Wiring connection detailed, Cable schedule, etc.
  • Analyze the Electrical Safety Review such as Load Shedding, Power Distribution, and Grounding System
  • Analyze all aspect of Electrical design requirements including the compilation of scopes of work and specifications for conceptual and FEL development
  • Interface with contractors, Electrical technical teams to integrate development plans with existing facilities for complex bid package.
  • Responsible for AFE package, Scope of work, Cost Estimate and JSA.
  • Necessary Interface with the Regulator, government agencies and other project stakeholders as required in facilitating design and permitting reviews
  • To lead of Electrical Technical Bid Evaluation and recommend the bidder.
  • Contribute in-house Electrical technical design reviews and document distribution
  • Review the contractor's technical work scopes are executed in accordance with Contract specifications, contract technical requirements and Industry codes & standards.
  • Plan and promote all Electrical work to be implemented in a safe manner in support of the Project and Indonesian Business Unit's HSE objectives.
  • Responsible for the review and assessment of the cost and schedule information.
