CCF (Customer Care Frontliner)
Department: Marketing & Innovation
Location: Bogor (Narogong Plant)
Scope of works:
- Giving solutions assistance to customers inquiries from all the open accesses, in terms of giving valid information related to products, services, order process in the goal to acquire customer memorable experience from all various types consumer behavior and performing customers marketing research also campaigns, to enhance and assuring the satisfaction and loyalty of Holcim’s Brand.
Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor degree from any discipline from reputable university.
Experience:
- A working experience of min. 2yrs in Call Centers or in Customer Service.
- A strong customer focus minded
- A team player with strong interpersonal skill as well as a team player
- Independent, discipline, with adequate analytical skills.
- Highly attentive to detail, ability to do multi – task job, as well as problem and complaint solving.
- Ability to perform in time-pressures and shifting working hours to meet deadlines.
- Computer literacy:
- Proficient in MS Office – Excell, Word and Power Point
- Call Center applications.
Language:
- Compulsory of good communication skills in Bahasa and English, both oral and written
GEOCYCLE - Executive Sales & Marketing
Location : NAROGONG (Bogor) - office – (mainly in Jabodetabek, other regions will also be included)
Scope of works:
- To contribute to the current sales targets of Geocycle waste management services. To support the waste management market development plan for Geocycle.
Requirements:
Education :Technical (chemistry, environment and related fields) and/or business diploma or degree
Experience
- Minimum 2 years in sales, preferably in selling of
- services. Preference will be given to experience in selling
- waste management services.
- Experience in dealing effectively with people at all level within an organisation.
- Experience in dealing with customers and relevant government agencies.
- Previous experience in waste management industry in the capacity of sales and marketing serving accounts and developing new accounts.
- Previous experience in developing and managing waste service contracts
- Computer literacy, MS Office & Lotus Notes
- Language: Fair command of English language will be an added advantage.
Other qualification / skills
- Good presentation and communications skill
- Good negotiation skill
- Working knowledge of environmental and waste managements regulations
- Waste management business experience will be an advantage
- Negotiation and presentation skills (Good written and oral communication skills).
- Able to develop solutions to prospects/customers by understanding their needs and issues; working individually and as a team player to provide the best solution to customers.
