SUPERVISOR (SPV)
Qualifications:

• Male or Female maximum 40 years of age.
• D3 / S1 Civil Engineering from reputable university with minimum GPA of 2.75.
• Experience in the field of building storey office / Road & Bridge / Irrigation / workforce / Hydro Power / Thermal least 3 years.
• Able to speak English active and operate computer (Ms. Office).

SITE ENGINEER (SE)
Qualifications:

• Male or Female maximum 40 years of age.
• D3 / S1 Civil Engineering from reputable university with minimum GPA of 2.75.
• Experience in the field of building storey office / Road & Bridge / Irrigation / workforce / Hydro Power / Thermal least 3 years.
• Able to speak English active and operate computer (Ms. Office, MS.Project)

SITE MANAGER (SM)
Qualifications:

• Male, age maximum 45 years.
• S1 Civil Engineering from reputable university with minimum GPA of 2.75.
• Experience in the field of building storey office / Road & Bridge / Irrigation / workforce of at least 3 years.
• Able to speak English active and operate computer (Ms. Office).

PROJECT MANAGER (PM)
Qualifications:

• Men aged 45 years maximum.
• D3 / S1 Civil Engineering / Architecture from reputable university with minimum GPA of 2.75.
• Experience in the field of building storey office / Road & Bridge / Irrigation / workforce of at least 3 years.
• Able to speak English active and operate computer (Ms. Office).

PERPAJAKAN (PJK)
Qualifications:

• Male age max 30 years
• D3 / S1 Taxation from reputable university with GPA 2.75.
• Tax certificates have Brivet D & B.
• Preferably with experience in that office at least 3 years.
• Fluent in English is active and operate computer (Ms. Office).

HEALTH AND SAFETY OFFICER (HSO)
Qualifications:

• Male or Female age maximum 40 years
• D3 / S1 Civil Engineering from reputable university with minimum GPA 2.75
• Preferred experience in the office who is at least 3 years
• Have a Certificate of Expert in the field of Health and Safety Project / Construction
• Able to speak English active and operate computer (Ms. Office)

FINANCE (FN)
Qualifications:

• Male age max 30 years
• D3 / S1 Accounting / Management from reputable university with GPA 2.75.
• Preferably with experience in that office at least 3 years.
• Mastering the computer program Accounting & Finance.
• Fluent in English is active and operate computer (Ms. Office).

SURVEYOR (SVR)
Qualifications:

• Men age a maximum of 30 years.
• Building the STM / SMA IPA / D3 in Civil Engineering.
• Able to use a theodolite and Water Measurement Pass (certificate).
• Experience in high rise building projects in their fields at least 3 years.
• Able to speak English active and operate computer (Ms. Office).

QUANTITY SURVEYOR (QS)
Qualifications:

• Male or Female age maximum 40 years.
• D3 / S1 Civil Engineering from reputable university with minimum GPA of 2.75.
• Design and construction experience count, volume, price-rise building on the building / Road & Bridge / Irrigation / workforce mimimum of 3 years.
• Mastering Standard Contract (FIDIC, JCT, ICE) and Construction Services Act.
• Able to speak English active and operate computer (Ms. Office).

MECHANICAL ENGINEER (ME)
Qualifications:

• Men aged 40 years maximum.
• S1 in Mechanical Engineering from reputable university with minimum GPA of 2.75.
• Experience in the implementation of the Power Plant (Hydro Power / Thermal) of at least 3 years.
• Experience in the implementation of Mechanical & Electrical Works, Pipeline / Pipeline Oil & Gas.
• Fluent in English is active, Mastering Program: P & ID & MS. Office.

DRAFTER (DFR)
Qualifications:

• Male age max 30 years old.
• Building the STM / D3 - Civil Engineering.
• Able to operate Autocad program (certificate).
• Experience in high rise building projects in their fields at least 3 years.
• Able to speak English active and operate computer (Ms. Office).

ESTIMATOR (EST)
Qualifications:

• Male or Female maximum 40 years of age.
• D3 / S1 Civil Engineering from reputable university with minimum GPA of 2.75.
• Experience calculating the budget for the tender Terraced House / Road & Bridge / Pier / Irrigation / workforce of at least 5 years.
• Mastering Standard Contract (FIDIC, JCT, ICE) and Construction Services Act.
• Able to speak English active and operate computer (Ms. Office).

FINANCE (FN)
qualifications:

• Male age max 30 years
• D3 / S1 Accounting / Management from reputable university with GPA 2.75.
• Preferably with experience in that office at least 3 years.
• Mastering the computer program Accounting & Finance.
• Fluent in English is active and operate computer (Ms. Office).
