District Sales Manager (DSM)
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
Responsible to plan, organize direct and control sales, distribution and customer relations management activities of designated products range and territory within company strategy and business conduct / professional ethics with the objectives to achieve designated product range and territory sales targets and increase field forces productivity.

Requirements:

  • Age max. 35 years old, min. Bachelor Degree (S1) any major from reputable University with GPA min. 2,75.
  • Min. 3 years experience as District Sales Manager preferable handle OTC products from Pharmaceutical industry background.
  • Strong analytic and creative attitude, excellent communication skills, ability to handle high workload, persistent, can tolerate stress and good organizational skills. Strong leadership and influencing skill also handle people & team management.
  • Strong English proficiency (written/verbal) and strong Computer literacy (Microsoft Office: Excell, Visual Basic, Macros, Microsoft Acess).
  • Willing to be placed in any province Indonesia.





Training Executive (TE)
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:

  • A training executive is responsible in-conjuction with Medical Support, coordinate and deliver Product Knowledge Training for Sales force (Medical Representative) within focused training effort on Respiratory, CNS and Pain. Responsible in-conjuction with District Sales Manager by conducting a regular Field Coaching (Joint Visit); ensure the utilization of Net-book and analyze the effectiveness of e-detailing materials usage by Medical Representative.
  • Collaborating with Parazelsus Indonesia (PZI) Management Sales & Marketing in order to provide training support for BI-PZI sales force . Create and maintain Training Database for all Sales&Marketing staff. Furthermore, a Training Executive also needs to take lead on special project as assigned by Commercial Excellence & Training Manager.


Requirements:

  • Age maximum 32 years old, Bachelor Degree any major from reputable reputablein the University with GPA min. 3.00.
  • Having min. 2 years of experience in training with pharmaeutical industry background (preferably Ethical business)
  • Excellent english proficiency both verbal and written.
  • Having great communication skills
  • Self-driven, multi-oriented and able to work independently and in team
  • Strong Ms.Office Proficiency (Word, Power point, and Excel), able to create and develop training module.
  • Willing to travel all around Indonesia.
