Job Description

  • Build and develop competencies ranging from enterprise level, the leadership to technical competence (Competency Matrix & Competency Dictionary) Develop the competencies required of each position (Competency Model)
  • Analyze and facilitate the submission of a change or organizational design
  • Ensuring and monitoring the validation of the prevailing organizational structure
  • Analyze and build the necessary systems related to organizational development

  • Monitor the implementation and development of workload and productivity analysis of each function.


requirement

  • Minimum education S1 field of study Human Resource Management
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in the same plane
  • Work experience has a subordinates (subordinate) a minimum of 3 years
  • Understanding of the concept of organizational development
  • Understanding of the concept of workforce planning
  • Understanding of the concept of job analysis, job evaluation and job value
  • Understanding of the concept of competence
  • Ability to operate computer (MS Office)
  • The ability of oral and written English


Junior Engineer
requirement

  • Minimum Bachelor (S1), field of study in Civil Engineering / Environmental
  • Minimum 1 year working experience in same field
  • Ability to operate computer (MS Office)
  • The ability of oral and written English
  • Mastering the use of Auto CAD / other design applications
  • Understanding the standard H & S
  • Understanding of piping material
