HSE OFFICER
Maintain, monitor and review company’s daily operations and facilities  to ensure employee safety are comply with safety, health and environmental regulations for specified facilities, operations and project.

Requirements:

  • Min. Bachelor Degree in Public Occupational Health & Safety/Environment engineering
  • Min. 1 year experience as HSE Officer in Mining Industry
  • Willing to travel to all company’s sites.
  • Willing to work extended hours to meet the objectives.


Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present safety training and safety induction to enhance safety awareness among employees and clients.
  • Conduct inspections on statutory, fire and rescue equipment to ensure completeness and readiness for use.
  • Inspects project facilities, observe operations and activities in progress to ensure those are in compliance company’s safety regulations.
  • Coordinates and consults with project safety superintendent and/or project managers regarding HSE issues in their respective areas and notifies management staff regarding violation of safety regulations and codes to ensure that all safety defiance are proceed.
  • Support and assist safety audits, inspections and accident/incident investigations by observing employee activities and workplace conditions for submitting recommendations to management to correct deficiencies, eliminate hazards, and improve the overall program.
  • Socialise and record all Job Hazard Analysis, HAZOB, and co-ordinate Emergency Response Team training and activities for the Project.
  • Assist the Project Superintendent & Supervisors in conducting and reporting of all Hazards.
  • Control and monitor the use of Hazardous or dangerous goods to ensure conformance with the MSDS (Material Safety Data System).
  • Monitor, review and participate in Pre-start meetings and Tool Box Meeting to update with current safety informations.
  • Support Environmental performance and maintain third party accreditation (ie. ISO 14001) and work effectively with certification body in order to preserve international standard accreditation.
  • Performing a strong visible commitment in to HSE Management System as well as all programs.
  • Implement and maintain HSE Management Plan, Emergency Response Plan, and other HSE document for the project.
  • Prepare and implement of Site Safety Activities.


EMPLOYEE WELFARE ADMIN
Assist employee welfare coordinator in execute and perform all employee welfare activities including employee medical administration activities, to ensure employee medical are well administered.
Requirements:

  • Min. associate degree in nursing, insurance, or pharmacist
  • Min. 2 years experience in administration task and duties in insurance
  • Willing to work extended office hour as and when required
  • Ability to communicate to all level of staff
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of some HR information/documents
  • Attention to detail, the role and people oriented
  • Ability to perform Good Corporate Governance practices


Responsibilities:

  • Assist Employee Welfare Coordinator in socialize company medical scheme to employee and facilitate through use of modified duty programs and medical case managements.
  • Assist Employee Welfare Coordinator in communicate and maintain external parties related to medical claim and the agreement, include Employee Agency, physicians, attorney, doctors, hospital and others to provide information related to worker compensation claim or the cooperation between.
  • Assist Employee Welfare Coordinator in ensuring that medical services is provided by designated medical team (especially in administration area) for 24 hours to employee and dependant of the company, and coordinate within related parties involved.
  • Administration of all invoices and MR process form all employee’s medical claims (including invoices of hospital/clinic) to be verified, inputted to medical record system, approved and paid accordingly.
  • Perform administrative activities and assist Employee Welfare Coordinator in regards to the implementation of all activities that held related to employee medical/health program.
  • Demonstrating willingness to learn new skill and continuously look for improvement in work processes and results.
  • Implement HSE policies and programs in all activities of work area.


DRILL & BLAST SUPERVISOR
Execute, monitor and control the drill and blast activities of the project in order to ensure that it is completed on time and to the total satisfaction of the client whilst achieving tender profit margins and meeting the safety and quality expectations of the company.
Requirements:

  • Min. diploma degree in Mining engineering, Civil Engineering or Geologist with Second Class Blaster Certificate.
  • Min. 5 years previous experience in drilling & blasting, preferably as a supervisor.
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, written & verbal.
  • Understanding applications of drill blast design and shot plus software.
  • Familiar with designing drill and blast, leading the team and explosives handling.
  • Rotation to each site conducting drilling and blasting.


Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with client’s drill & blast engineer to plan drilling location.
  • Liaise with client’s surveyor to make sure drilling location.
  • Establish drill & blast design and drill & blast environment treatment plan.
  • Liaise with Production Staff Supervisor to prepare drill pad location.
  • Ensure the job is done right the first time.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of shot firer, tradesman and subordinates.
  • Ensure exploder is maintained to blasting standards of safety and reliable.
  • Ensure workforce is competent to conduct allotted tasks and work is conducted in safe and efficient manner.
  • Collect data of drilling and blasting include record details of drill pattern, location, hole location, blast time, explosive usage and blast result.
  • Build long term relationships with clients by gaining an understanding of client’s strategy and upcoming projects/opportunities and demonstrating Petrosea’s capacity to act as partner in helping clients achieve their strategic goals.
  • Responsible for safety performance and conformance within the area of his control.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and performance counseling required for all direct reports.


JUNIOR INTERNAL AUDITOR
Perform audit procedures and programs to assist Internal Audit Division achieving its mission as reflected in Internal Audit Charter. Handle all administration tasks within Internal Audit Division.
Requirements:

  • Knowledge of accounting principals, practices, techniques and theories of financial reporting and internal control; auditing standards, practices and techniques; computer applications used in auditing and data processing; principals and practices pertaining to financial systems.
  • Min. Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Min. 2 years experience as auditor or finance/accounting staff
  • Good analytical and problem solving skill
  • Good communication and presentation skill
  • Fluent in English written and verbal


Responsibilities:

  • Assists Senior Auditor in preparing and formulating audit program and procedures based on each project/function characteristics in order to meet audit objectives
  • Conducts audit and reviews on low risk areas to ensure adequacy of internal control within projects/functions
  • Identifies weaknesses and inefficiencies in current system and recommends improvements in current work practices and procedures
  • Prepares and documents all working papers in good order
  • Contacts relevant auditees regarding the follow up of each audit finding under review
  • Assists the Senior Auditor and Head of Internal Audit in providing guidance to Functions and Projects regarding internal control aspects of policies and procedures while they are being formulated
  • In case of suspected misappropriation discusses proposed action with Senior Auditor and/or Internal Audit Manager in order to determine any wrongdoing, identify parties involved and to quantify loss.
  • Assists the Senior Auditors in liaising with both parent company’s Internal Auditors and External Auditors, and provides  necessary reports and work result needed for their audit works


KPI ANALYST
To provide periodic performance result within Asset Management scope which then be used to overview the performance of Asset Management Group.
Requirements:

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible in collecting asset management performance historical data of all company asset.
  • Responsible in manipulating asset performance historical data in order to provide basis data as per standard norms in Asset Management and Maintenance (ie Mean Time(s), Availability, etc).
  • This responsibility means able to incorporate advanced computer program to allow huge data to be manipulated.
  • Responsible to analyze data as per data manipulation result.
  • The analysis will strongly related to equipment specification, the number of operating days/hours, the condition of equipment (ie. Unit-age, special attachment etc)
  • Responsible to create trending plus finding issues and obstacles in managing asset as indicates in the data trend.
  • Providing report regarding  result and conclusion of  asset historical performance based on data analysis in order to review current asset performance and setting future target
  • Supporting internal Continuous Improvement Dept. in measuring equipment performance
  • Maintaining and implementing HSE programs including Environmental Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard and requirements


LEAD DESIGN ENGINEER (MECHANICAL)
Direct and control the Mechanical / Piping engineering unit by providing leadership and support to the people in the unit to ensure that schedules, budgets and man hours are achieved comply with company and client standards and procedures.
Requirements:

  • Min Bachelor degree preferably in Engineering
  • Technically skilled, excellence computer skill
  • 8-10 years experiences in rotating equipment design (experience in large conveyors is a must)
  • Can manage small design team
  • Ability to handle mechanical and piping, process design and process engineering


Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and review the quality of estimates produced by the Mechanical and Piping Engineering disciplines to ensure Engineering estimates are accurate, complete and deliver on time.
  • Plan, direct and review design activities produced by Mechanical and Piping Engineering disciplines to ensure designs are fit for purpose comply with budget, client and industry specifications in timely manner delivered.
  • Analyze and review contract to ensure the overall contract are comply with the scope of work and contract terms and conditions as they apply to mechanical and piping engineering.
  • Develop and maintain Mechanical and Piping Engineering resources including coordinate the allocation of design work within the disciplines group to ensure timely and efficient production of quality designs.
  • Control and coordinate the development of new ideas, methods and innovative designs through the application of quality, competitive mechanical and piping engineering in order to improve the company’s marketability, efficiency and profitability.
  • Establish, review and promote the Development Program for staff and graduate engineer, in order to develop and enhance their performance and motivation.
  • Establish and review timely progress report for Mechanical and Piping engineering activities for further analyze by Engineering Manager.
  • Maintain and implementing HSE programs including Environmental Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard and requirements.


OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH CORPORATE MEDICAL
To assest and analyse the element of OHMS and Occupational Health Program such as: Commitment and leadership; Policy, Strategic and Objectives; Organization, Resources, Standard Documents, Responsibility; Health hygiene Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment Planning and Procedures; Program Implementation (Health Protection and Promotion); Corrective Action and Performance Assessment; Audits and Review; Management Review.
Requirements:

  • Required to work extend hours in the case of an emergency.
  • Doctor on duty must have certificate among other HIPERKES (Hygiene Perusahaan dan Kesehatan Kerja / Occupational Health), ATLS (Advance Trauma Life Support), and ACLS (Advance Cardiac Life Support) based on role of Depnakertrans No. 01/MEN/1976.
  • Have the Decree of Appointment (SKP) as the physician workforce health inspectors from the Director General of Labour Inspection, Ministry of Manpower and Tranmigration.
  • Have a Certificate of Registration –STR-, physician, or the like according to applicable legislation.
  • Letter of licenses to practice(SIP), as a doctor which is still valid from the competent authority.


Responsibilities:

  • Coordination with HSE to devellop, establish and audit the occupational Health Management System (OHMS).
  • Assurance legal update and legal compliance related to Occupational Health at working area.
  • Coordination and join with HSE Team in conducting HICADC (Hazard Identification Risk Assessment Determine Control), measuring, analysis Industrial Hygiene and Occupational Health Surveillance Report (i.e:MCU, Biological Monitoring) then give recommendation and advice from OH Prespective to the Team.
  • Coordination and supervising Onsite Doctor/ Onsite Paramedic to set Onsite medical service (by conducting Onsite Medical survey);Medical Evacuation & referral; advice, monitor, review of : clinic monthly report, sickness absent, occupational disease/occupational injury.
  • Coordinate spesific OH Program in purpose to preventive Work Related Disease or Occupational Health Disease, such as ( but not limited to):
  • Hearing conservation program
  • Respiratory protection program,
  • Health Life Style,
  • Pandemic Awareness,
  • Drugs and alcohol prevention programs,
  • Communicable disease control,
  • Food Hygiene and Sanitation (sanitation program, pest control program, canteen inspection, food hanler’s health surveillance monitoring).
  • Coordinate with HSE to conduct Health Promotion Program (not limited to): Occupational Health Talk/ Health Information/ Health education for health problem that related to work condition, work environment and the result of MCU; conducting First aid training.
  • Responsible in case Management (curative action), include monitoring employee who are admitted (the progress and the prognosis), evaluation of employee who get accident or post admitted, review the employee who will be transferred, and review the employee who will be spesific health problems (Chronic Diseases, high sickness absent, high hospital/clinic Visit)
  • Coordinate with Human Capital Department in implementing Company health facilities and medical scheme (Jamkes) such as claim verification, socialisation, taking care to employee patient, consultation services/ individual counselling as part of Employee Assist


SENIOR CONTRACT ENGINEER - PROJECT
Review, monitor and control the implementation of contract’s  scope of work and technical specifications, preparing tender documents with suitable conditions in order to ensure that company policies and procedures are followed in term of minimise any exposure to risk for company.
Requirements:

  • Requires travel to Project Locations as required
  • Min. Bachelor degree in any major
  • Min. 5 years experiences dealing with contract
  • Analytical thingking
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa written and verbal
  • Attention to details

Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyse all contracts / agreements giving input regarding the contract composition and any qualifications required in order to align terms and conditions to company’s Contracting Principles
  • Assist Commercial Manager in developing appropriate contractual strategies in order to maximise contract position
  • Resolve contractual issues with the Client / Vendors, including drafting formal letters and attending negotiations of a contractual nature in order to provide logistical support to Project Managers
  • Monitor and administer documentation of variations and claims to their scope of work and, including a running log of all contractual correspondence to settlement in order to provide contract administration support.

SENIOR HR OFFICER
Prepare, maintain and monitor relationship with the local communities and employee’s office facilities in order to ensure there are no local issues escalation and employee’s office facilities are well managed.

Requirements:

  • Min. Diploma degree from any major, preferably from Law
  • Good negotiation and communication skills
  • Good command in English, verbal and written
  • Willing to work extend hour due to project requirements
  • Good interpersonal skill
  • Min. 5 year experience in Human Resources, especially handling Industrial Relation matters and local community issue.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain good relationship with local authorities such as Tribal Heads, Village Head, Sub District Head, Police and Army, present meeting held by the local authorities discussing local issues, project condition, job vacancy and on the job training in order to gain image / special support required for the company or project.
  • Organize and maintain office facilities such as telephone, fax machine, copy machine, radio and HT, liaise with technician or relevant department to ensure all office facilities are work well.
  • Coordinate and maintain stationary supply  including manage stationary stock to ensure office stationeries required are on ready stock
  • Arrange, monitor and coordinate transportation and accommodation (liaise with camp foreman) for employee and visitor including manage the boat schedule to ensure employee mobilization are well managed.
  • Receive, record and distribute incoming mails and documents to ensure that all incoming mails and documents are accepted by respective employee in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Coordinate and organize meals for project office staffs to ensure the respective staff having their meals in timely manner
  • Prepare and process vehicles operation permits and monitor the validity of vehicle registration (STNK) to ensure all vehicles possess the valid permits.
  • Prepare, process and control all documents and permits for expatriates and their family in order to obtain legal permit for working and living in Site area conform with current government regulations.
  • Maintain issues on Industrial Relation and compensation & benefit in Site liase with HR Head Office to ensure all arising issues are well accommodated.
  • Conduct recruitment processes for local candidate from PRF procees, local job advertisement, shortlist applications, test and interview, medical exam, negotiate offer and obtain final approval from HR Head Office and Project Manager to ensure that recruitment processes are complete and conform with company’s procedures.
  • Coordinate and monitor the implementation of Performance Appraisal process, , identify employee mobility in Site in order to provide active participation in developing and motivating employees in Site
  • 12.Prepare HR paper work such PAR, Personnel Details, Employment Agreement in HR related matters for new employee, promotion, transfer, change of status employment, report to JAMSOSTEK & ASTEK, HR monthly report to provide HR administration assistance.


DRILL & BLAST ENGINEER
Develop drill and blast designs, implement designs in conjunction with blasting sub-contractor and monitor drill and blast results, acknowledging inefficiencies and recommending changes accordingly to ensure high quality, cost effective and safe blasting occur.

Requirements:

  • Min. Bachelor degree in Mining or Geologist with Class II Blaster Certificate,
  • Min. 2 years previous experiences in drilling & blasting engineering,
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa, written & verbal,
  • Understanding applications of drill blast design and shot plus software,
  • 5amiliar with designing drill and blast, leading the team and explosives handling


Responsibilities:

  • Develop, recommend and implement  suitable strategies to provide optimal blasting solutions and improve blasting performance to operations.
  • Ensure the drilling plan is provided in a timely manner and the drill is working productively in the most cost effective and safe manner.
  • Coordinate blasting activities, lead and control blasting crew to ensure agreed mine plan is being followed.
  • Analyze and communicate drilling and blasting issues to short term engineer and mining operation in order to provide technical support to site based personnel.
  • Monitor and control drill and blast operations and activities in progress to ensure high standards of safety are always upheld.





HSE SUPERINTENDENT (Project Sites)
To focus on the development and delivery of HSE training materials with one consistent approach. Support the HSE manager to Plan, direct, monitor and evaluate Health Safety Environment system, standard, process and procedures to enhance safety awareness among all Petrosea and its projects. Advise management with changes to government regulations.

Requirements:

  • Degree, preferable from Occupational HSE / Public Health / Environment Engineering
  • 5 -10 years experiences in HSE area in mining industry
  • Formal training in Safety and Risk Management
  • Able to travel from time to time if required
  • Occasionally Work extended hours to meet section deadlines and emergency situations


Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the implementation of HSE procedures and standards in maintenance areas that are complied with the industry standards and regulations in order to support company’s operations effectively and efficiently.
  • Develop HSE short and long-term programs, including awareness programs, certification programs, which are in line with the company short and long term plans, as well as the industry standards in order to achieve the maintenance departmental objective optimally and in a cost-efficient manner.
  • Maintain and improve HSE management system, including inspection system, HSE audit system, in order to support HSE programs implementation effectively and efficiently.
  • Coordinate with all Project managers and field HSE representatives when implementing HSE programs.
  • Develop check list, inspection and workshop standards, monitor and analysis of information and documentation
  • Monitor and maintain HSE statistic records in ‘PHASES system and presenting the trend analysis from the statistic to ensure HSE database are updated and analysed.
  • Improve and evaluate all areas of risk assessment, hazard management, project HSE systems and training within business unit by regular visit and developing initiatives to ensure the project response or control in their project HSE risk.
  • To support HSE performance and maintain third party accreditation (ie. OSHAS 18001 & ISO 14001) and work effectively with certification body
  • Continuously monitor HSE practices within  operations and evaluate performance or the existing HSE policy, procedures and programs in order to identify possible obstacles / ineffectiveness and improve the program within time.
