General Affairs Officer (Code: 1103-004)
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta)
Responsibilities:
- Prepare & review Employee Contract (Bahasa & English)
- Handle Jamsostek and other employee benefits’ administration
- Handle company legal documents (SIUP, TDP, etc) including expatriate related documents (Stay Permit, Work Permit, etc) and renew them periodically
- Liaise with external parties related with labor and legal issues
- Ensure that office supplies are available for company operation
- Maintain the SOP for HRGA when necessary
Requirements:
- Male / Female, 24 - 28 years old
- Bachelor degree of Psychology / Human Resource
- Min. 2 years experience, Japanese company working experience will be an advantage
- Understand about Indonesian labor law
- Strong English language proficiency
- Strong in detail and accuracy
- Can prepare business letter (English / Bahasa) using Microsoft Word, and administer data using Microsoft Excel
Management Trainee (Code: 1103-003)

Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics / Statistic, Marketing, Finance, Information Technology from reputable University
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
- Male / Female, 22-25 yo
- Assertive, having high enthusiasm for learning and challenge
- Has personal conviction, drive and credibility
- Good planning, organizing and teamwork skills
- Detail Conscious, persistence, and good evaluation and analytical Thinking

Desk Collection (Code: 1103-005)

Responsibilities:
- Sorting consumer based on category priority handling
- Calling new customer, delinquent 1 and re-delinquent before due date as reminder
- Calling delinquent customer after due date for demand payment
- Arrange collector schedule for pick up payment, dunning or tracking
- Entry every action will take to customer into HP system
- Helping unrecognized payment finished
- Filter consumer which will send reminder letter
Requirements:
- Male/Female, max. 30 years old.
- Possess at least a Associate Degree in any field.
- Required skill(s): Excel, Word.
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
- Willing to work in weekend and shift.
