• Ensure MRF approval process documentation
• Handling Talent management & Performance Management administration process
• Provide database for Organization Development

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree
• Min. 1 - 2 years direct work experience in the areas of competence development, performance management, organizational development, and talent management in operations and/or consulting.
• English fluency and computer literacy is a must (Ms. Office).

Manager Internal Audit
Main Responsibility

• Perform risks assessment, generate audit plan, conduct audit program, generate report and recommendation over the internal control to mitigate the risks

Requirements

• Bachelor degree from reputable university, majoring in Economy Accountancy/Telecommunication Engineering
• More than 5 years experiences as an Auditor in Public Accountants/consulting firm (experience in auditing telecommunication industries highly desirable) or telecommunication company
• Hold professional/expertise certification from recognoed professional institution (such as Certified Internal Auditor from The Institute of Internal Auditor, Certified Information System Auditor, Certified Public Accountant)
• Have general knowledge in telecommunication network, especially in GSM and 3G environment
• Managerial & supervisory experience
• Project Management skill

Main Responsibility :

• Manage and implementing all strategic matters relating to acquire and assist Retailer & Server Player in electronic reload product in achieving reload revenue to support company's target.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for monthly treasury reporting
• Preparing and analyzing cash flow budget vs actual
• Review and enhance SOP in treasury department

Summary of Job Description    :

• Executive Voice and VAS QoS will be responsible for monitoring OSS data KPIs, analyse performance, optimization services for Core Network and VAS Platforms supervising, following by sharp solution for better performance.

Details of Job Responsibilities :

• Analysing Core and VAS network performance KPIs through OSS statistics, customer satisfaction index/complains to Customer Service or other data sources.
• Identification of eventual quality problems or weak spots/areas and initiate and execute the action plan to solve it.
• Communicate with other departments and vendors (Customer Service, Marketing, Sales, Implementation, Operation, and other) for network quality improvement initiatives or problem coordination and control.
• Control vendor statistics availability and validity.
• Support in creating procedures and standards for E2E quality improvements and control.
• Daily, weekly, monthly and other reporting to Management about network quality level.

Job Requirements:
a. Competencies : Proven to be able managing a team in his/her previous telecommunication industry experience
b. Education       : Bachelor degree or other engineering speciality

JOB RESPONSIBLITIES :

• Completion of approved PR within the expected timeline. This includes completion of necessary documents (DD, single-source, I/O - budget approval).
• Completion of approved CCR to PR within the expected time line.
• Completion of GR process for all reconciled POsand provision of weekly report to the head of Network Commercial.
• Weekly report on CCR/PR/PO completion status to Head of Network Commercial and Head of Technology Support.
• Weekly report on 10 balances status to Head of Network Commercial and Head of Technology Support.

JOB REQUIREMENT :

• Bachelor Degree of  in Finance/Accounting Management
• At least 2 years experience in related field, preferably from telecommunication industries.
• Good competence in Finance and Accounting for telco company.
• Good understanding in telecommunication engineering and industry
• Good communication skills and analytical skills
• Work efficiently with coordinates with internal and external partners related to PR process
• Manage time period for PR approval
• Quick response for PR creation and PR approval

Core Duties

• Periodically manage the implementation of organizational review and make sure it is fairly implemented across the division.
• Manage implementation of talent management to make sure it is applied to retain high potential (HiPo) talents and is aligned with the business objectives.

Qualification
