Berdasarkan Surat Menteri Negara Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi RI Nomor : B/2506/M.PAN-RB/10/2010 tanggal 25 Oktober 2010 perihal Persetujuan Rincian Tambahan Alokasi Formasi CPNS Daerah Tahun 2010, dan Keputusan Bupati Kuningan Nomor : 871/KPTS.401-BKD/2010 tanggal 10 Nopember 2010 tentang Formasi Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil Daerah Pemerintah Kabupaten Kuningan Tahun 2010, Pemerintah Kabupaten Kuningan membuka peluang kepada Warga Negara Indonesia untuk mengikuti seleksi penerimaan Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil Daerah sebanyak 191 0rang.
