MAINTENANCE MANAGER (MM)
Jawa Barat - Karawang
Responsibilities:
- You will manages daily utility operations and explores/executes all possible energy and water savings
- You will ensures accidental, preventive, and corrective maintenance are well managed
- You will plans, coordinates and monitors daily maintenance activities with full integration and control of cost, quality and EHS aspects
- You will leads, coordinates and monitors new expansion project execution
Requirements:
- You have a minimum bachelor degree with 3-5 yrs experience in manufacturing / engineering environment
- You possesses and develops relevant knowledge of maintenance technology
- You have good analytical and conceptual thinking skills

Accounting Staff (AS)

Responsibilities:
- Transaction processing by following strictly the company’s systems and procedures
- Verify related documents
Requirements:
- Hold a Diploma 3 Degree or higher in Accounting with GPA 3.0 or above
- Fresh graduate or with few years working experience are welcome to apply

Project Engineer Utility (PEU)

Responsibilities:
- You will assist Maintenance Manager in handling utility matters on running projects
- You will plan and schedule the project's timeline and arrange details with suppliers and contractors concerning utility matters
- You able to follow up project details works and execute all the project's planning with minimal supervision
- You will report directly to the maintenance manager timely
Requirements:
- You hold a bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering with min 5 years experience in handling project
- You have experience in handling utility in project with value around IDR 200 million
- Preferably have experience in handling civil project
- Excellent speaking and writing ability of English supported with good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Sales Engineer (SE)
Jawa Barat - Karawang
Responsibilities:
- You will follow up customer complaints, technical support, and after-sales service to ensure optimal solutions for both the customers and Bekaert
- You will build up in depth knowledge of own product portfolio, cutomer's product portfolio, and production processes
- You will gather and distribute all relevant information on customers, market, and competitors
- You will create and ensure the appropriate customer service mindset
Requirements:
- You hold a minimum Bachelor from a renowned university with 5 years working experience, with proven performance in sales and marketing
- You have strong negotiation and communication skills, also have an excellent customer focus
- Self motivated and committed, and willing to travel extensively
- English, Japanese, and Chinese proficiency is requiredsupported with good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Project Engineer Electrical (PEE)

Responsibilities:
- You will perform one whole cycle of production planning from planning the manpower, capacity production, machine, material, until finish goods are received and stored in the warehouse
- You will monitor the optimum level of material, WIP, and finish goods stock also the inventory level for our customers
- You will follow up on the daily use of production activity
- You will working closely and or monitor the activity of delivery and cost calculation from purchasing and warehouse department
Requirements:
- You hold a minimum university degree with 6 years of experience in logistic management / supply chain management and or warehouse management
- You have good analytical skill, proactive, and have drive for result
- You are focus on customers need and foster open communication and teamwork within the plant
- You have good leadership and able to provide directions
- Have knowledge in SAP and MRP would be an advantage
- Excellent speaking and writing ability of English supported with good MS. Office
