Field Service Engineer
Surabaya (Jawa Timur)
Responsibilities:
- Assisting other Field Service engineers of various levels in the start-up, inspection, testing, maintenance and upgrading of complex assemblies and sub-assemblies
- Participates in a variety of Field Service Operations in order to gain wider and broader experience.
- Expected to perform solo component services with limited scope at customer job sites.
- Works independently on selected assignments. Be able to provide written documentation of any work assignment.
- Maintains detailed job site records and log for each assignment.
Requirements:
- Graduate Engineer with NDE Level II or III certification and 3-5 years experience in the field of steam generation.

Proposal Engineer

Responsibilities:
- Review bid specifications and prepare pre evaluation or comments for bid / no bid decision by Management. The evaluation should consider preliminary execution plan i.e. workshop condition, sub contract, sub vendor.
- Develop commercial and technical aspects that should include but not limited to the followings tasks : scope of supply and its terminal points / battery limit, cost estimations for all scope of supply within the battery limit through data from Engineering, Procurement, Cost Control and other related departments, Costing through standard Quote Sheet, Estimate overall schedule of delivery, Mitigate all project risk related to term and conditions, payment terms, limitation of liabilities, warranties, financing, etc.,
- Close contact with Client or Sales to have final price input.
- Initiate involving candidate Project Manger for proposal with high probability of win.
