Senior Associate, Accounting - AP
Purpose/ Mission:

  • Proactive role in Accounting team to ensure operational excellence, timely and accurate closing of accounts and any other responsibilities that may be added over time.


Accountabilities:

  • Primary
  • Ensure prompt payments to internal and external parties to maintain the image of the company
  • Ensure accurate posting to GL accounts, department code, etc
  • Review intercompany reconciliation on a timely basis
  • Accurate and timely preparation of Treasury Report to RHQ.
  • Perform cash flow analysis for transfer of excess funds to HQ
  • Review and responsible for all adjustment journals
  • Prepare Tax calculation and reports related to AP
  • Review journals from Associate, Accounting AP
  • Issue and posting of accrual journals
  • Prepare Balance Sheet foreign exchange exposure for submission to Global Treasury
  • Review and prepare netting payment report to HQ as per HQ’s schedule dates
  • Prepare and file statutory, business statistics and other kind of returns as required by local tax and legal legislation
  • Maintain suppliers’ master file.
  • Ensure corporate governance compliance
  • Handle ad-hoc financial/accounting assignments
  • Responsible to maintain a systematic file system for safekeeping; the data/financial information/invoice to be kept at least for a number of years as per required by local law.
  • Compliance with all policies and procedures as laid out in the Group Financial Manual (GFM) and Local Policy Manual.

Senior Manager, Wholesale
Purpose/ Mission:

  • Leads the Sales function for adidas Indonesia, with the primary objective of developing and implementing the Company’s Sales strategy and customer plans so as to achieve sales, margin and contribution objectives.


Accountabilities:

  • Lead team towards delivering sales turnover, margins, and contribution whilst managing sales expense within planned levels.
  • Ensure AR collections as per trade terms, DSO objectives and limit bad debts with effective credit management, tracking and credit worthiness of customers.
  • Formulate sales development, channel strategies, annual customer plans and ensure execution in line with brand image, presentation and company strategy.
  • Develop, negotiate and implement trading terms by customers to drive pay by performance growth, optimizing in-store execution, brand presence, sell-through to represent our brands to consumers according to set standards.
  • Build, maintain and expand relationships/ alliances with key customers/ stakeholders, maintaining effective customer service levels to meet order processing, route and order fulfillment.
  • Liaise with Marketing team on merchandising support, timely inflow of stocks to service customers, ensuring, prompt action to liquidate old inventory.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to the team in achieving their daily responsibilities and objectives

TRAINER, RETAIL
Purpose/ Mission:

  • Support the Retail Business by equipping the retail teams with product and technical knowledge that will help them in their roles to improve sales.


Accountabilities:

  • Develop, conduct and evaluate all necessary training, development and education for the retail team
  • Provide retail team with first hand feedback from consumers through the daily interface with them
  • Provide retail team with first hand information on market situations, competition through daily on–ground contact
  • Provide on-the-job training for retail team on adidas brand history, technologies and product launches 
  • Lead store personnel to consistently deliver excellent customer service by coaching and sharing of product knowledge
  • Ensure fast and efficient development, adoption and implementation of Global/ Regional training programme/ materials relating to product and technologies, based on the campaigns and needs of the retail team with collaboration with Manager, D&T from HR
  • Implement and deliver selected modules of adidas Retail University to the retail team
  • Work closely with Manager, D&T on retail team training needs, training initiatives and training implementations.
  • Provide internal training consultation to the Senior Manager, Retail and Manager, D&T focusing on store/staff performance improvements and enhancements
  • Provide ad-hoc support for retail sales & promotion events (if any)
  • Provide coordination and training support for any other retail training initiatives, i.e. new store opening, etc.
  • Responsible for training administration and training follow up.
  • Any other duties as assigned from time to time


Requirement:

  • Bachelor Degree, Fresh graduates welcome to apply
