AM CARD/PIL SALES - SURABAYA

Responsibility:
The jobholder is responsible to build, develop and enhance internal sales team which are motivated, focused aggressive and professional to ensure achievement of the aggressive Personal Financial Services sales target.

Requirements:

• Hold Bachelor degree from a reputable university
• Has a minimum of 1 years experience in sales area in Financial/Banking Institution
• Possess General Banking knowledge
• Has experiences in managing team with high leadership skills
• Has sales drive, excellent interpersonal skills, and service orientation
• Has commercial acumen and marketing orientation
• Proficiency in English and Computer Literate (MS Office) are required. Conversant in Mandarin language would be an advantage
• Has a strong drive to succeed
• Demonstrate high degree of integrity

RELATIONSHIP MANAGER - HSBC PREMIER SURABAYA

Responsibility:
Responsible to establish and grow valuable long term relationship with HSBC Premier customers and to maximize business opportunities from other customer segments in order to contribute to growing consumer banking business.

Requirements:

• Hold a minimum of Bachelor degree
• Has minimum of 3 years working experience in retail banking sales or relationship management
• Experience of working with high net worth individuals with proven ability to achieve sales targets
• Hold investment and insurance accreditation, such as Waperd and AAJI
• Strong knowledge on Wealth Management, financial markets and investment products
• Proficiency in English and Computer Literate (MS Office). Conversant in Mandarin is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong sales driven with service culture
• Has commercial acumen, marketing orientation, pleasant personality, demonstrate high degree of credibility and integrity

SENIOR ADVANCE EXECUTIVE - SURABAYA

Responsibility:

• Responsible to establish and grow consumer banking business by exploring and securing sales opportunities from the mid-market customers and proactively cross-selling banking products offered, such as investment, insurance and structured products to the existing HSBC Advance customers. Responsible to offer qualified HSBC Advance customers to convert to HSBC Premier’s segment. Maintain high sales and service quality standard by ensuring all sales activities conducted are compliant to the business requirements and QA standards.

Requirements:

• Hold a minimum of Bachelor degree
• Has minimum of 2 years working experience in the retail banking sales

PREMIER BANKING SPECIALIST - SURABAYA

Responsibility:

• Responsible to acquire new customers in HSBC Premier segment and sell Wealth Management products. As a Premier Banking Specialist, an intensive training development will be available to support the performance. During the start of service, a Premier Banking Specialist will represent HSBC and will be paired with a mentor in developing network and relationship with prospective customers and colleagues in the Bank.

Requirements:

• Hold a minimum of Bachelor Degree
• Open for Fresh Graduates
• Has basic banking knowledge
• Possess excellent communication and presentation skill

AM/MGR COMMERCIAL BANKING - SURABAYA

Responsibility:
The job holder is responsible for the growth, operations and profitability of Commercial Banking (Medium Enterprise) segments in Surabaya.

Requirements:

• Hold a minimum of a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting from a reputable university
• Has a minimum of 3-4 years relevant experience in corporate banking or other financial services sector with exposure to Investment Banking and Markets.
• Has strong verbal and written English
• Has a pleasant personality and able to work with a team
