Distribution Sales Supervisor

Ambon (Maluku), Bali, Balikpapan (Kalimantan Timur), Bogor (Jawa Barat), Cirebon (Jawa Barat), Jawa Tengah, Jayapura (Papua), Kupang (Nusa Tenggara Timur), Lampung, Makassar (Sulawesi Selatan), Padang (Sumatera Barat), Palu (Sulawesi Tengah), Pekanbaru (Riau), Yogyakarta

Responsibilities:
The incumbent will be responsible to assure a perfect link between field force and headquarters in order to implement distribution and sales strategy of the brand. He / She will also responsible to provide control and coordination of all sales & distribution-related activities within a geographic region. Other responsibilty are included but not limited to :

  • Implementation of sales plans, objectives and strategies.
  • Ensure the achievement of sales turnover
  • To manage the implementation of an effective promotion plan.
  • Recruit, develop and manage his/her teams. Ensure development of sales expertise and know-how
  • Coaching of sales team in the field
  • Determine sales targets and monitor the achievement of objectives
  • Develop strong relationships and manage distributors
  • Inform management about any relevant field news (competition initiatives, distribution) 


Requirements:

  • Holds Min Bachelor Degree or minimum Diploma degree in any major
  • Min 2 Years Experience in consumer goods industry in General Trade or Modern Trade market
  • Willing to be relocated anywhere
  • Negotiation skills
  • Budget management skills
  • Territory  management
  • Specific skills for sales team management
  • Organizational skills for multibranding responsibility
