Responsibilities:
- Identify potential bussines development opportunities and design in POSB and oversee feasibility studies to assess their viability.
- Identifiying business opportunities and evaluating opportunities in supply based areas such as mergers and acquisition, alliances and business deals.
- Monitor and control market research or analysis projects; evaluate findingsm prepare reports, and make recommendations to senior management about the viability of alternative opportunities.
- Establish long term professional relationships with potential clients,customers and patners ( for exam: in government or industry associantions) to promote the organisations products and services.
- Conduct meetings and negotiations with potential clients and business partners to pursue business opportunities and protect the organisations business interets.
- Refer sales leads and customer feedback to approriate contracts within the organisation and liase with order fungtional and operational area members to ensure that these referral are followed- up promptly.
- Lead, direct, evaluate and develop a team of business development analyst professionals to ensure the projects are conducted credibly and that recomendations an reports are accurate and timely.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree any major
- Minimum 3 year experience in Supply base industry and similiar fields

Civil Design Engineer

Responsibilities:
- Monitor, control and supervise all layout and concept works, produce accurate and complex engineering calculations and documents to ensure all output are accurate and in a timely manner conform with International Engineering and Safety Standards and codes.
- Monitor and review all civil work and document to ensure all work adheres to international Engineering standards and codes as well as company’s management system.
- Prepare and conduct complex Civil Engineering calculations in order to produce calculations of consistent accuracy.
- Prepare and evaluate RFQ (Request for Quotations) packages and conduct TBE (Technical Bid Evaluations) in order to ensure RFQ’s and TBE’s accuracy and consistency.
- Monitor and review the preparation of CTR’s (Contribution to Ratios) and provide input into scheduling in order to ensure CTR’s accuracy.
- Operate and control civil engineering software packages and evaluate output (Terramodel) to suggesting changes and improvement where needed.
- Provide technical support and technical guidance to associate engineer and personnel in order to conduct transfer of knowledge.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor degree in Engineering
- Minimum 5 years experiences in Civil Design office
- Strong Work extended hours to meet Engineering deadlines
- Able to perform feasibility studies and support estimating as required
- Familiar with Civil Engineering Software (Terramodel)
Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:
- Identification & developing Project opportunities, Shepahrding them throuogh til project win. Specifically for project identification, tracking, development directly with Client & Pre-Qualification stage, is main BD duties. Task also includes leveraging prospects where applicable based on Petrosea capability & Client understanding of this. Developing and maintaining competitor database for development of strategies to win on a prospect by prospect basis. Prospects are selected based on company targets and goals with a Win Atrategy in place, prior to advancing the prospect internally.
- Identification & development of Project opportunities including shepharding through until project is won (Direct undertaking of the project Tracking, initial Client contact meetings & Pre- Qualification stage) for tenders/prospects.
- Coordinate with the respective Business Units for the expertise as necessary to develop prospects within Company target area.
- Identify & communicate to the Business Units key information sources for market intelligence and utilise this in the business; opportunities, competitors, depth of market, project pipeline, strategic planning.
- Coordinate with MarComm for suitability and Company "message" delivered through exhibition stands, presentations or advertising for selected conferences. This may also include assisting the development of presentations.
Requirements:

- Technical knowledge of Engineering & Construction (E&C) in Mining (preferable) and Oil & Gas sector industry
- Knowledge of Legal & administration aspects related to E&C / Mining government regulations and tender process
