The role of this position is to :
- Identify channel universe, contribute to set channel priorities.
- Negotiate on agreement and maintain long term relationship with outlets.
- Develop relevant trade promotion (in store POS placement) and consumer activation to generate brand presence and sales increase.
- Develop account profile and monitor account performance in line with previously defined target.
- Providing report on market trend and competitor activities to internal MDC ( Modern Distribution Channels ) team and recommend action plan.
- The qualifications are:
- University graduates in any discipline
- Proven track in managing National Account
- Solid experience in Sales Management
- Strong financial analysis
- Excellent knowledge in trade dynamics and brand activities in trade level
- Min 2 - 3 proven, successful & sustained track record within a Major FMCG company
- Fluent in English both verbal & written
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Effective and successful negotiation skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to be placed at Jakarta
