Sales Administration Specialist/Customer Service Specialist/SCM Specialist
Requirements:
- Min. Diploma degree with min. GPA 2.8 (from 4.00).
- Experience at least 2 years as Sales Administrator or Logistic Specialist
- Good in Microsoft office applications, especially in Excel
- Preferable familiar with SAP system
- High motivated person, good communication skills, multi-tasked person
- Able to work independently or in a team
- Good in English (Spoken & Written)
Job Tasks:
- Prepare sales quotation, order processing ( order entry & order change); and follow up shipment ( delivery status follow up) and customer payment ( chase for overdue) , this workflow requires cross communication with internal customers such as supplier , logistics ,
- Perform logistics functions in coordinating with warehouse and forwarders; monitoring supplier’s delivery performance & urge for delivery collection to meet monthly sales budget
- Sales & order Report generation
- Filling documents
