1. Male / Female
2. Minimum Bachelor Degree with any background major with minimum GPA 2,80
3. Excellent Communication Skills in English (min. TOEFL score 400)
4. Good Computer literate
5. Initiative, Pro active, Hard working and Strong Analitycal Thinking
6. Humble, able to interact with all levels
7. Eager to expand career in retaiol industries
8. Willing be stationed everywhere in Indonesia
