Sales Incentive, Development & Program Officer (SDO)
Requirement:
- Min. S1 from reputable university min GPA 3.00
- Able to speak English min passive communication
- Good knowledge in banking business process
- Min. 1 year experience in similar area.
- Has good presentation and computer skill
Responsibilities:
- Develop incentives scheme for employees especially regular salesperson
- Develop plan to motivate salesperson to achieve their target
- Plan and monitor periodically sales program and event
- Monitor and Report periodically incentive program
- Act as a PIC for coordinating and organizing sales development program such as training, motivational, sales camp and other programs related to enrichment of salesperson’s knowledge and skills
- Act as a PIC for coordinating and organizing sales events such as sales meeting, sales congress and other sales events/activities
