1. Product Development Analyst (Code: PDA)
Job Description: You will be responsible to strengthen Toyota’s domination in Indonesia , by analyze Indonesian automotive market to develop future Toyota vehicle design and accessories.

Requirement : S1/S2 from Mechanical Engineering or any major who has interest in automotive.

2. Marketing Communication Officer (Code: MCO)
Job Description: You will be responsible to strengthen Toyota’s brand through innovative PR strategy and strong relation media.

Requirement : S1/S2 from Communication or Public Relation who possess good communication and relationship skill.

3. Customer Relation Officer (Code: CRO)
Job Description: You will be responsible to strengthen Toyota’s image through developing reliable customer handling system.

Requirement : S1/S2 from Psychology or Public Relation who has willing to interact with customer and good communication skill. Has experience in handling customer will be an advantage.

4. Sales Analyst (Code: SA)
Job Description: You will be responsible in planning and evaluating Toyota’s sales achievement and innovate an improvement in sales operation activity.

Requirement : S1/S2 from Industrial Engineering, Management or Business who has strong analytical thinking both for quantitative and qualitative data.

5. Sales Representative Officer (Code: SRO)
Job Description: You will be responsible to strengthen Toyota’s domination in all Indonesia regions by making strategic improvement in sales operation activity.

Requirement : S1/S2 from Industrial Engineering or Management who has good communication skill and strong analytical thinking.

6. Dealer Development Analyst (Code: DDA)
Job Description: You will be responsible to strengthen Toyota’s domination in all Indonesia regions by developing and managing new Toyota’s outlet.

Requirement : S1/S2 from Industrial Engineering or Management who has good communication skill and strong analytical thinking.

7. Toyota Trainer (Code: Train)
Job Description: You will be responsible to develop Toyota's sales force and mechanics by establishing curriculum and conduct training.

Requirement : S1/S2 from any major who has experience in training area as a trainer.

8. After Sales Business Analyst (Code: ASB)
Job Description: You will be responsible to strengthen Toyota’s After Sales Service by developing innovative After Sales program in Toyota’s dealer and workshop.

Requirement :S1/S2 from Industrial Engineering, Economics, Management or Business who has strong analytical thinking and good communication skill.

9. Supply Chain Analyst (Code: SCA)
Job Description: To strengthen Toyota’s excellent operation, you will be responsible to analyze vehicle and parts supply and distribution to improve total operation performance.

Requirement : S1/S2 from Industrial Engineering who has strong analytical thinking, creative and good communication skill.

10. Technical Engineering (Code: TE)
Job Description: You will be responsible to analyze vehicle potential technical problems and propose improvement in engine design.

Requirement : S1/S2 from Mechanical and Electrical Engineering who has strong analytical thinking, high interest in automotive industry and good communication skill.

11. Tax Analyst (Code: TA)
Job Description: You will be responsible to handle tax management, administration, audit and also maintain good communication with tax office.

Requirement : S1/S2 from Accounting who has experience in Tax area, understand Tax regulations and has good communication skill.

12. Accounting Officer (Code: AO)
Job Description: You will be responsible to strengthen accounting operation by handling costing analysis, control and reporting.

Requirement : S1/S2 from Accounting who has passion in Accounting area and strong analytical thinking.

13. Corporate Analyst (Code: CA)
Job Description: To strengthen Toyota’s business, you will be responsible to analyze company’s achievement and resources in order to set up company’s mid-long term strategy.

Requirement : S1/S2 from Economic Study who has strong analytical thinking and good statistic and research methodology knowledge.

14. Legal Officer (Code: LO)
Job Description: You will be responsible to establish and monitor Legal document management, handle Legal drafting, manage litigation and non litigation process in our company.

Requirement : S1/S2 from Law who has strong analytical thinking, good communication skill and able to work in high pressure work environment.

Job Description: You will be responsible to handle administration operation regarding activity in sales and marketing area such as: maintain database and sales program.

Requirement : D3 from Administration, Accounting who has good communication skill and self confidence. Able to work under high pressure environment.

2.  Customer Relation Staff (Code: CRS)
Job Description: You will be responsible to handle customer complaint database and establish integrated report for management.

Requirement : D3 from any major who has experience in handling customer, interest in automotive industry and good communication skill.

3. After Sales Staff (Code: ASS)
Job Description: To support after sales service activities by providing and maintaining data accurately.

Requirement : D3 from any major who has good analytical thinking and good communication skill.

4. Warehouse Administrator (Code: WA)
Job Description: You will be responsible to prepare smooth service parts operation in warehouse area.

Requirement : D3 from any technical background who has good analytical thinking, self confidence and good communication skill.

5. Logistic Staff (Code: LS)
Job Description: You will be responsible to maintain quality of product by managing vehicle logistic operation and make improvement in area.

Requirement : D3 from any engineering who has good analytical thinking, self confidence and good communication skill.

6. IT Staff (Code: ITS)
Job Description: You will be responsible to develop system, operate and maintain system both hardware and software.

Requirement : D3 from Information or electrical engineering who has capability in programming area and good communication skill.

7. Accounting & Finance Staff (Code: AS & FS)
Job Description: You will be responsible to handle costing administration, control and monitoring. And also responsible to handle account receivable for our vehicle, parts and service.

Requirement : D3 from Accounting, Administration or Finance with good communication skill

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

  • GPA > 3.00 ; Age max. 27 years old
  • Fluent in English, both in oral and written
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office
  • Preferable those with organizational experience
