ACCOUNTING MANAGER (ACCTM )
Main Responsibility :

  • To be responsible for the orderly accumulation and consolidation of all financial data necessary - for an accurate accounting of the total business result
  • Requirement :
  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting
  • Having a minimum of 3 years experience in Public Accounting Firms with minimum 1 year experience in the same position

ACCOUNTING STAFF (ACCTSF)
Main Responsibility :

  • Responsible for good recording of all transactions

Requirement :

  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting
  • Preferably having a minimum of 1 year experience as a Accounting Staff in Public Accountant Firms; Although fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Having knowledge of Accounting system

APPLICATION SUPPORT (APPLISUP)
Main Responsibility :

  • Responsible for program applications installation, trial the program and deliver training or provide information to the customers how to use the programs

Requirement :

  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science
  • Having wide knowledge of Human Resources Information System
  • Preferably having a minimum 1 year programming experience especially in developing Orange and HRIS software

Skill :

BUSINESS CONSULTANT (BUSCON)
Main Responsibility :

  • Be responsible in giving solutions regarding application programs needed by customers, starting from identifying the customer needs, determining technical specifications, preparing user documentations, exercising the new systems and conducting training of systems to the customers.

Requirement :

  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science
  • Preferably having a minimum 1 year programming experience especially in developing Orange and HRIS software
  • Having wide knowledge of IFS, both programming and system
  • Preferably having 1 year experience in handling project as Business Consultant

Skill :

CUSTOMER SERVICE (CSR)
Main Responsibility :

  • Partnering with Sales Executive, to ensure all back office sales activities are completed and simultaneously grow business

Requirement :

  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Management or Computer Science
  • Preferably having a minimum of 1 year experience as Customer Service, although fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Main Responsibility :

  • Responsible in handling Export Import activities including administering Export Import documents

Requirement :

  • Diploma or Bachelor degree in any major

  • Having a good knowledge of freight procurement and able to handle Export Import documentation & procedures

  • Responsible in administering the reconciliation of cash in and out according to Bank and Company Book

HRD STAFF (HRDSF)
Main Responsibility :

  • Responsible in doing the administration of salary payment and benefits, included the administration process of overtime and medical administration.


Requirement :
1. Bachelor Degree in Law or Economic
2. Having minimum of 3 years experience as Human Resources Department in handling HR Payroll Calculations and preferably have the knowledge of Man Power government regulations
3. Having experience in Food and Beverage Industry will be an advantage

Main Responsibility :

  • Plans, manages and supervises the activities of laboratory and performs standard chemical tests in all areas of laboratory and does chemical analysis to have the final result

  • Preferably have 1 year experience as Technical Support Hardware with experiences in windows and microsoft office installation

TRAINING (TRO)
Main Responsibility :

  • Conduct and facilitate training program, develop training modules, run TNA and post training performance consulting.  Responsible for coordination, administration and maintenance of the variety of training programs

Requirement :
  • Bachelor degree in Psychology
  • Having a minimum of 2 - 3 years experience as a trainer
  • Having strong ability to define TNA
  • Having the ability to create modules
  • Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skill
