ASSISTANT FINANCE AREA SALES SUPERVISOR
Code of position : AFAAS
The job scope includes :
- Actively involved in daily commercial operations:
- Ensure no open deduction more than 60 days & maintain good relationship with supermarket by giving prompt & proper response on any claim and deduction
- A key person in signing credit note
- Second person in maintaining customer database in BPCS (the price and promo)
- Second person to sign and release sales and tax invoice
- Monitor monthly confirmation and response
- As a commercial analyst with main job :
- Perform monthly report & analysis of sales performance, G&A of marketing & sales, sales return and other sales deductions
- Perform monthly report & analysis of marketing & trade promo activities
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance from a reputable university
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in accounting, financial & analysis function
- Excellent at Microsoft Office (especially Microsoft Excel and Power Point)
- Preferably having experience at multinational company at consumer good/having background as an auditor at reputable audit firm.
- Familiar working with Accounting system, preferably BPCS
- Proven in English is a must.
ASSISTANT EXPORT CUSTOMER MANAGER
Code of Position : AECM
The position responsibilities are to manage the export businesses, including but not limited are to handle the customers inquiries and daily communication, managing the customer relationship and the new product development.
Requirements:
- Reputable University graduated from any major (preferred overseas graduated).
- Having minimum 1- 2 years exposure in Marketing/Export.
- Having knowledge of export procedure would be an advantage.
- Able to work in a team, posses analytical skills, result-oriented, composure under pressures
- English proficiency is a must
